    But your case fails to show that I did not buy all of this stuff at the same time. I see a rich individual being able to buy these all at once, but not me. It took quite a long time for me to build up my collection. Anyways time to get out of my wallet fellas I just hope this release is safe and they don't change anything, like the plastic they use or change the tolerances for the worse. I always wanted the CF VF-27, even more than the Brera version but I could not back when it was released as I was scared to own any of the old V1 stuff. Not saying that the V1.5 is that much better, but I do prefer the looks over all better than the V1.5. And how could you not buy a release that has both heads, it's so funny how much everyone has mentioned doing this in the past. I always believed it would never happen based on the toy makers financial greed. Bandai of all companies proved me wrong.

    Ahhh, I never noticed before, but the album art looks like there is a bit of areola showing there. Maybe they figured it wasn't kid friendly, although I don't know many young kids that buy these collectibles.

    Yeah, I also preferred Alto's wing men colors to his red scheme.

    Funny story, one of my YF-30's has been sitting on my hobby since release. The furthest I have gone with it was pulling out the landing gears and setting it on the table.

    Lol, I really only want one of each squad if I can get them. It all started with the 1/60 V2's, I noticed as I was building up my collection that the best shelves in my cases were always the ones of squads in formation. So at this point in time, if a release comes out and it makes sense, I form a squad. If I really like something, then I might purchase 2 if it's a one off type release that does not belong to a squad. I am not a rich man by any means, but Macross is my main hobby and I don't spend a lot of money on many other hobbies so I tend to save money for Macross toys.

    I wonder if that would actually piss more people off than satisfy them. I wonder if droves of Japanese customers kept having to send these back directly to Bandai to get another just for it to explode? I think Bandai handled that situation piss poorly without even a whisper of an acknowledgment of the problem. I personally am not even sure if my copies are affected by this, but the chances are very high that they are. I went straight to battroid mode on the copies I had to check for QC issues (because people were missing the part under the cockpit in battroid mode). My triangles appeared to be fine then although, the screw was really tight on the triangles on the underside. My theory was that maybe some were cracking in the box because in fighter mode mine all seemed really tight, almost like the tolerances were off or too tight causing pressure on the triangles while locked in. I dunno, but that release was really literally a "Cannon Fodder" variant.

    Like Christmas up in there David!! Congrats on the Metal Builds. As far as the freedom goes, I like the one I have, but I think I like the others more. I can't seem to get it to balance as well as the Exia variants. It does look cool though posed up on it's display stand, and the wings have a lot of articulation for that nice action pose.

    I also do not find it particularly helpful either. I mean there are a ton of random surfers through here and once an item is posted in the wide open, the person you meant to help may have missed it because of the wide open linking. I agree that PM is the best place for that kind of thing. There are plenty of members that are willing to help out others here on MW. Ask and I am sure someone will help out. Over the past year or so I have noticed that we have a lot of threads for that kind of thing and I can't say I really agree with them either as they are also linking to items in an open environment and it seems the items life span is lessened, but hey to each his own I guess.

    I still have not created an order for this, and I am usually a day 1 pre-order guy. I have a dilemma.. I am trying to figure out if I really want 3 of these. I was thinking a squad of 3 for this release, they could look really bad ass on display. I will keep mulling over it I guess.

    Spanner, I don't remember having any problems using the arrestor hook while having the gun pod mounted underneath on the original Yamato 0's. It has been quite a few years since I have taken them out of the case though.

    I can't remember who it was, but I had replied somewhere saying "The Alto's appear to be fine, not any reports of problems" and one of the users here claimed that the triangles were a problem ojn the Alto also. I just can't support that view though as he was the only guy I ever heard of, but I am not everywhere and could be wrong.. I also have not heard of any problems on Luca's RVF-171.

    Pretty much seems so if it's metal build or 1/60 Macross. I missed a bunch of the GFFMC's though and tend not to care that much, maybe they will reissue some of them.

    Sorry David, I am soo out of space that I have most of my stuff in their boxes. As far as the GFFMC (Gundam Fix Figuration Metal Composite) line goes, I would say they are more of display pieces that you put on display. They tend to have less poseability compared to the metal build. The details are phenomenal though with massive amounts of tampo printing. I look at them as kind of a pre-cursor to the metal build line. F360, I do have the Origin on pre-order. I missed it the first time cause I was not even collecting Gundam stuff on the first release, only Macross back then. I could not pass up on such an iconic Mobile suite.

    Macross will always be my #1 priority as far as toy collecting goes, but I cannot let the metal builds slip through my hands either. I really love the way they are built and they have so much pose ability. I cannot forget to mention the amount of die-cast content these have too. I almost bought 2 of these but I have settled on a "1x YF-29 of each color scheme rule".

    It would be hard for me to live without having that big ass buster sword that comes with the Seven sword. I dont display that one attacking though I usually mount it on the arm around the GN drive. I have been collecting the GFFMC's too mainly for the Unicorn stuff. I wish they would have made the unicorn stuff in the Metal Build line.

    Yeah, I mainly collect Metal build and Macross 1/60 PT toys. I have to ignore most other releases or I will get distracted and destroy the wallet haha.

    Oh, I love my Seven Sword and Raiser. I would be pretty reluctant though to pay the current asking prices.     Hey guys, with any of the bigger valk releases they tend to just use the original Arcadia box for shipping. I got the same with my YF-19's, and should have this time around. Something weird happened when I added both of them from my PW to ship. I selected add everything, but it only added one. Once I realized what happened it was too late and I had to send the second one separate.. I found that if you were ordering these back in the Yamato days, with the right quantity they would do the same. Kevin tends to always sell off case fresh valks, he was reselling for a while back in the day when Valkyrie Exchange was still running. With that said, I am willing to let go of some of my Mint Arcadia/Yamato shipper boxes for a whopping low $200 each.
