    Macross seven did have an internal view of the original monster, it did have a crew of 3 is all I can remember. Seems the 3rd guy would be the one to handle the ammo loader. But in the case of the Koenig, I don't remember anyone else with Canaria besides Ranka.

    Call me horrible, but I still have not opened mine up. I am being lazy because I already have my SP version from last time out on the table and really have no need to mess with this one for now.

    I am a freak when it comes to completing a toy line. I mean heck I don't even really need another GBP in my collection at all. I have all 3 of the 1/48 GBP armors and I the Launch effect set Yamato released plus I for some reason ordered another one from Arcadia. What I want the most out of this line is the enemy mecha and the destroids. If I could get them all though that's even better for a opposing sides type of display or diorama.

    I love my old VF-0S/A with ghosts too, but I am getting all of the new ones and then some for the S variant. I figure if anything I can display the new ones in battroid mode and leave my old Yammies in fighter mode with the ghosts.

    I have not taken my old 0's out of the case in a few years, but I think I remember them having the rotating cockpit feature. Why change it if they already had it in the old design? I don't remember it having any issues solely based on the rotating cockpit.

    Hey Jodokast, the is actually a DX/Robot Spirits release. I bought the robot spirits releases just so they would scale with it since my collection is 1/48 and 1/60. I bought a complete pixie squadron, VF-25F Super and the VF-25G Super. I kinda wish they would have made the Ozma that they showed and Luca's RVF just to complete the mainline figures.

    I also felt weird about the quarter cruiser mode. it's like the arms and the legs are just out there. I find the pic of the fixed wing VF-25 interesting, thanks for the write up.

    The hint I am getting from it is that they used the VF-0D legs in the pic. Isn't that the same location of the removable fins on the VF-0D? I would check but both of mine are put away.

    Me too, I was up pretty late but could not make until nearly 3:00 am for A-E and was at work for the HLJ re-opening. What is up with NY? Usually they would put it up again by now. So I guess if anyone decides they have an extra I would like to be kept in mind

    I think we are not meaning the same things... All of the GFFMC come with a white "base" which I think he has. He is saying he does not have the clear rod that attaches to the base to support the figure. I just did a quick search on this toy, the original release looks like it included the "base", but no stand parts. That seems like a weird decision made by Bandai.     I think he may be missing the the part that pegs in to the base and usually clips into the mobile suit. I always though it came with the type similar to the GFFMC Unicorn, but maybe I am wrong. I did not care about the size of the effect parts, I just wanted the baddest version of the Destiny suit I could have

    I'm actually wondering if these will have an even more gruesome preorder than the DX line. They are cheaper and smaller making them easier to display and more playable. Not only that there are enemy units available. Hopefully I will be able to catch up and secure one of the VF-1J with GPB and get the future releases as well.

    The oil is mold release, I have had mixed results with how much mold release I get between all the different Bandai Macross toys I have bought.
