  1. When the music you listened to in high school now winds up being called "classic", does that officially make me an old fart?
  2. That's OK! I hope no one was seriously believing that I was berating you. That would be just sad.... Just a conditioned response from spending too much time on Yahoo Answers in the Japan section a while back. Always got people writing it wrong (native English speakers), and also asking questions about Tokio Hotel (a German band).
  3. I've read the book twice. You should, too. You might like his first book, as well
  4. There's a MW member in Tokio? Cool! http://youtu.be/F9zrI_hsHw0 (sorry! Tokio is the name of a band, Tokyo is the city )
  5. For a change of flavor, here's the Japanese trailer.
  6. The booster unit for the VF-11 is sweet!! http://yaplog.jp/sitinana/image/8/5
  7. Recast shops don't waste much time sometimes, do they?
  8. How do you pronounce this, Not-hung, or No-thung? Also, is Hasegawa milking the VF-11 molds now? Wore out the VF-1's?
  9. This question came to me from seeing an SV-51 model in an aircraft carrier diorama. As they were launched from a submarine, how the heck did they recover them after flying a mission?
  10. he he he he well, in my defense, I'm sure some counties folded along with the countries.
  11. Google image search for ボークスオリエントヒーローシリーズ Probably about the best you're going to get. Looks like they did a lot of stuff. And, I believe the Orient Hero series has been discontinued now. As EXO said, doesn't look like they did anything Macross related.
  12. Interesting how quite a few of those counties listed don't exist anymore.
  13. Yeah, I had forgotten about the 1/100 scale kits. The ones I was talking about were the 1/72 scale.
  14. The only snap kits I can think of for Macross are the Bandai Frontier kits, and those are definitely NOT kid friendly (barely adult friendly, in my opinion). Most simplest Macross kit would probably be Hasegawa's Egg Plane series, but those do need glue and paint.
  15. No thanks! However, in all seriousness, I would part with the Lucifer if I got a serious offer.
  16. Can anyone help a brother out?
  17. In the mood for some Pizza 10.4? I myself am now partial to a local place called Lucci. Awesome pizza and pasta.
  18. Just finished the primary build/putty/sanding. Onto the prime/paint/and other fiddly bits. After that one is finished, onto this!
  19. If you're interested in bidding, drop Celga a line. I used them before I moved to Japan several times, with a pretty good success rate (got outbid once in the final minute on a Club M YF-19 kit).
