I receive the same error....still in my order history on Amazon.jp though, hope it was not cancelled.....maybe something to do with the release date change....although I am sure it will have plenty we have already seen in other of his artbooks, I am hoping it has a few pages covering his MtF character designs....I'd be disappointed if it did not...

Looks like the next Mikimoto Macross Art book was pushed back a few extra days to 04-03-2019. Now when will the 4th Sorties book come out? Although if it means waiting for a few more Macross HM-R releases, like the VF-4 and perhaps even the Tomahawk and Phalanx...I guess I can wait a bit longer

Should be cool to see the VF-11MAXL
-
No idea what that is ....just Macross for me these days..I never really was able to get into any other anime....recently, I even tried watching some of the stuff available on Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc....I can never get past just a few minutes

Bandai has already demonstrated that they intend to release every reasonable Macross item they have teased in their Macross line....items like the Monster, VF-2SS, SuperO and Elint....heck, even the VF-4....we'll get them eventually...maybe in 2019....unless they get bumped again for something crazy like a TV Q-Rau or N-Ger! Listen to the Goose!

Going to have to eat my words....again! Seems everytime I think the "ebay well" has run dry of vintage Macross collectibles....something interesting gets listed... Although I have seen these before, I passed on them a few times due to not being much of a Macross kits collector these days...but mostly in favor of other stuff. However, as the amount of vintage Macross has dwindled to just a few new discoveries each year, everything vintage has now become fair game... gotta catch 'em all! Found these recently and added them to my ARII/IMAI promo materials collection.... IMAI MACROSS BOXART CATALOG/PROMO POSTER.... ARII MACROSS PROMO POSTER And so my 2018 Macross hunt comes to an end..... The 2019 Macross hunt starts in a few days!

Sounds like a good idea for the next MWCon...pretty sure between you and other hardcore poster collectors on here you could all come up with a definitive gallery

just don't count on a reliable release date...lol

Guess I'm old school....hoping at least some pics will have the uns kite

Saw it. It's OK. So this movie takes place after Justice League?
-
yeah, not rushing at adding more to the poster collection...at this point I am only after the Macross Delta MBS TV promo poster...and only because I have all the other Macross TV promo posters that came before it....like you I will also snatch up any rarities, but I think that well has more or less dried up

.....courtesy of Anymoon.com! Double bonus time!!! What Bandai non-VF-1 release was also originally packaged in Battroid mode.....then in Fighter-mode packaging for its re-release?

The original Takatoku 1/55 VF-1 would and still can easily take such a beating! Speaking of how VF's are packaged...Bonus Round!.....Who can name the first VF ever released and packaged in fighter mode straight out of the box?

What's up with the neon green stand? A clear one would have been ideal. Perhaps they were trying to go for a yellow for Fokker? They do show the red and blue for M & M... Will wait until I have mine in-hand to figure out if I am all in on this line. That video isn't doing much to sell this thing for KC. LOL.

Guess the 1/55 line became a 1/72 line.....I wonder if KC would be crazy enough to release a 1/72 Monster instead?

It is, but I would be surprised if they would release a 1/72 Monster......HMR will most likely retain the title of most complete SDFM line for a long time....

Thinking pretty deep. They are also looking into destroids and enemy mecha towards end of next year. So the release schedule will be pretty aggressive for what we have seen so far. Makes sense based on how prolific they were on the repaints for their SD lineup. So expect Vermillion Squadron and the VF-1J CF at minimum. Apparently the delay was caused by some complaints with packaging and the batteries. Hopefully, this 1/72 line will be a hit for them.

I think @no3Ljm already knew the book source... I should have some time over the holidays to look through some more old school mags....I seem to recall what you are describing.....just have find the right issue....the color comic mag was close but I remember another mag having the same thing.... Maybe that TV kun(?) mag

no rush...we'll be knee-deep in all-new VF-1's in the coming weeks...when was the last time we could say that?

Now we know why no one started getting their stuff shipped out as promised... Surprised these haven't showed up on eBay yet.

Thanks for the link. This thing looks really impressive! Even the removable nose cone has details not seen before in a toy. Also, the cockpit area looks really detailed up. I think I am looking forward to this more so than the Bandai DX-1J. Just hope it doesn't come with a built-in shelf-life.
