    ^ ideally, you'd work in front of a window. The more light & reflections you have, the easier it is to see the the coverage of the fresh paint. For gloss colors, I usually work as wet as I can, so you want to see the point where the paint almost runs from the surface. _ After all the prep work, the LED Mirage finally starts to look like something

    Thank you all. I had given myself 1 week for the paintjob, knowing that if I dropped the ball, I'd never touch that kit again. Looking back, it was more tedious than working on a Mortar Headd garage kit. I have collected a set of missiles for the Viggen from donor kits, now I need to scratch build some launch rails.
