  1. I would be all for that---HOWEVER--Toynami can't even get it's act together enough to get the 3rd battlepod out--(late Jan release my left foot)-- so I'm not gonna hold my breath.
  2. wow. Can't believe these are going for that much. I've got both the Scott and Rand Robowreck one's, but it's a nostalgia thing for me...the Mospeada/new Gen mecha was always my favorite, I don't think I would sell em.
  3. AWESOME NEWS!!!! haven't seen that show since I was a kid! DVR SET!
  4. Finished my 1:5000 Salan Scout Ship. My first resin kit. (well, 1 piece) but whatever!. I think it turned out great! Scratch built my own stand from an old 1:170 Valk kit i never finished and a piece of sprue.
  5. Gotta say---still on the fence about this one, but those photozoomer pics make it look mighty tempting!

    1/60 Yamato Glaug

i KNEW it would be more than the Regult......whatever...they can keep it....I'll take the Toynami 1:100 version...if it ever happens.
  7. I agree....it's cool because it's original. Mad props to him..
  8. nothing i can say here that hasn't already been said----simply astonishing work!!!!!!!
  9. any news on a release date of the light artillary pod????? Robowreck.com still says "shipping late Jan." LOL.
  10. here here! agreed! sadly----but I can wait patiently...It took 20+ yrs to get a Beta --but I got one---and it took 20+ years to get 2 out of 4 1:10 perfect transformation bikes---but I got them...good things come to those who wait! And i really have a feeling Maiden Japan is gonna try to get Toynami to do Invid/Inbits after they finish up the vinyl battlepod line...
  11. LMAO!!! where's Wreck-Gar??? I keep looking for him to pop up!
  12. I agree with both the last two posts--the Tarkin character is just downright slimy and cool to watch! and the BEST line ever was Anakin saying "what he means is big explosion". That one had me rolling! Writing on this is getting better and better!
  13. Taking a break from Star Wars stuff---Gonna try my hand at a 1:72 Ban Dai Spartan (since Yamato more than likely will never do a 1:60) and my first ever resin model!
  14. HOLY SH*T!!!!! That is one of the coolest things I have EVER seen! WOW! Great work!! :o
  15. OK--I'll bite...I've always heard of these, but never seen or used any. What are they exactly and how do you put them on/paint them etc....
  16. OMG!!! When can I get my hands on that GLAUG!!!????
  17. I like the looks of both of those.... ....this from a man who hates Ford...
  18. thanks! here is a few pics of a side project I've been working on. Figure painting is my LEAST favorite thing to do EVER, but I've decided to try to get better, so with that, I had this Kamjin/Khyron in a box for years and years, he came with the model of his ship. So, I finally decided to paint him and stick him in my display case. All painted by hand, and he was just one big chuck of resin?? I think he turned out pretty well.
  19. Weather down here in TX FINALLY cleared up so I could paint and finish this....FineMolds 1:48 scale Tie Fighter. Very simple kit. If the weather had been better, could have built this in a weekend easy. Went together well, no real problems, aside from not having any Tamiya Fine Surface Primer. Used cheap car primer...paint airbrushed on ok, but feels "rougher" than usual to the touch. Whatever, I didn't do any of the very small, very plain decals included, as all the reference pics I looked at , I couldn't see any. Maybe when eFX releases it's Studio Scale, I'll see what they came up with. Didn't really do any weathering or panel lining either as I liked the look of it as is. Kinda clean and "Imperial". At some point, I would like to do another weathered, battle damaged Tie...I think that would be fun! One could argue that the dimensions of the thing are a little "wonky"?? from the scenes in ANH...especially the front canopy part, but I'm nitpicking..it's a cool addition. Anyway, here's a few pics. I really hope Finemolds continues the 1:48 Star Wars line, I really like it. Next up--the 1:48 Rebel Snowspeeder!
