    The mere fact that a had the term "bug hunt" to describe their mission shows they had similar things happen before.

    good stuff but it is more a case of having 5000 different plot idea and saying "all of them!"

    I've not rewatched it yet but I can guarantee it will NOT be better the second time round...

    I said it before and I'll say it again (and again). Just because the prop department re-used a piece of a prop from another film is NO reason to mash two separate universes together. Aliens and Predators together is comic book level lame.

    All the Predator movies were dumb, even the first one, but the first one was awesome dumb while all the rest were terrible dumb. Predators was at least watchable I have to admit but the star in that one was not convincing.

    Even kids shows deserve better CGI then that.

    From the trailer it is hard to figure out who the Stars are - Tom and Jerry or her legs... On a more serious note they messed up Tom's scream and that is unforgivable.

    With him goes an era of Hollywood. My favorite roll of his was as Indiana Jones senior, the two of them had perfect father son chemistry.

    Netflix is all about the viewership numbers and this one never seemed to bring in what was expected. Combined with what must have been a sizeable production budget and the outcome was not a surprise.

    The whole idea of needing two pilots is just plain stupid. Otherwise the first one was fun and the second was watchable. I didn't hate the second one but other than the little bot I can't really remember anything about it.

    It has Rodan which is always a good sign, but it also has that robot with Jack Nicholson's face which is not a good sign - unless watching on MST3K.

    Don't forget that Love Live Alive reuse that came out. Or probably better if you do. I've not even tried to watch it and from the amount of mentions it gets (none that I am aware of) nobody else has either.

    The movie might be interesting but then again it might just end up a standard clip show (instead of an awesome clip show like Flashback 2012). The shots of what appear to be the battle of Mars piqued my interest.

    But you don't have to make any sales. Release a product only on a web page and your good. Far more important is fending off anyone else infringing on the trademark.

    I don't think there is a limit. You have a Trademark and want to keep it just keep paying whatever legal fee may be involved (and fend off any lawsuits) and it is yours.

    In the real world things change and we accept it. In Star Trek, over decades, things change and it is absolutely impossible for that to happen.
