Tking22 Posted Thursday at 10:57 PM Posted Thursday at 10:57 PM Damn, I was never huge on KISS, but their impact is undeniable. RIP to a true, old school rock legend.
505thAirborne Posted Thursday at 11:31 PM Posted Thursday at 11:31 PM When I was a little kid, early 80's, there was a picture of KISS on the back of a SHOGUN WARRIORS comic my brother had, their faces in full makeup used to scare me then. Of course, later on as a teen working in retail (1994) with guys in their 30's, I was properly introduced into Pink Floyd, U2, Zepplin, Beastie Boys, RUSH & KISS. KISS has some amazing songs and a stage presence that dominated. RIP ACE.

The down in fire effects were hilarious and the filmation style sound effects are also great for a laugh. Definitely an iconic band and without them, many styles of music and costume would not have been the same. They also pushed bands to do more with stage antics and how shows could be done in a way for more of a visual experience. Without Kiss, there’d be no Mercyful Fate, or the corpse paint of Black Metal or even more modern makeup and masked bands like Ghost or Sleep Token Ace was an iconic guitarist and definitely one of those that found a way to make sure you knew his name, even if he may not have been as skilled as some others, you knew his name
Swann Posted Friday at 01:22 AM Posted Friday at 01:22 AM I am shock to death by this news. I did met Ace twice,

Where I am from I'm predispositioned to hate New York, but this song is epic. 2. If I didn't know better I'd have been shocked back in the day if you told me one of the guys from KISS made this. 3. Rest is Peace Ace Frehley. Edited Friday at 06:21 PM by renegadeleader1
