Old_Nash_II Posted July 1 Posted July 1 https://www.cbr.com/jim-shooter-comic-book-icon-dc-marvel-obituary/ A great editor who was often difficult to deal with, but without him, much of comics would never be what it is today. Thank you for your contributions.
grundee Posted July 1 Posted July 1 Secret Wars started me on a 20 year obsession collecting comic books. I followed him to Valiant (which basically died after he was forced out) and even to Defiant. He left a huge mark on comics, thank you Jim.
Swann Posted July 1 Posted July 1 (edited) I think he worked with Larry Hama. Jim's name was every where in comic books. Back in the day Edited July 1 by Swann
JB0 Posted July 1 Posted July 1 Among other things, he was the first person to have Superman and The Flash race each other. 10/10, greatest comix writer of all time.

I love Ozzy’s Miracle Man song. Totally trashed Jimmy. Dio also had one with Sabbath called TV Crimes that didn’t exactly name him, but you could easily tell who he was singing about. Some people that have issues will be remembered as nothing but a fraud while others like Shooter will still have a great legacy that will be remembered.
