Dangard Ace Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 English? Why is this in English? BOOOOOOOOO!!!! and the music sucks!
Sildani Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Somebody who wanted money. Jason Lee? Where'd he come from? Haven't heard from him since Earl.
EXO Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 There was a series of books and this is based on one of them... the last one, so it's not like they pulled it out of their asses. Even Ang Lee wanted to make the other books. I did forget that the original was in Chinese though.Just got used to the story.
areaseven Posted December 9, 2015 Author Posted December 9, 2015 Somebody who wanted money. Jason Lee? Where'd he come from? Haven't heard from him since Earl. Wrong person, dude. This film stars Jason Scott Lee, not Jason Lee.
sketchley Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 The trailer seems to be presenting a film that completely misses the point of the movie - star crossed lovers. Nevermind that Ang Lee wanted to make the ultimate 'kung-fu' movie. Nevertheless, it's great seeing Michelle Yeoh doing martial arts - though the CG stuff is less than stellar. Does the wire rigging that they used in the first movie cost too much for this film's budget?
derex3592 Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Loved the original ...but ONLY in Mandarin. ONLY EVER in Mandarin!! I'll watch this on Netflix when it comes out. Why not? Michelle Yeoh is awesome.

Graham Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 Easy pass for me, as I've never been into films that use flashy, unrealistic wirework fighting. I far prefer films were the fight scenes are as realistic as posible and showcase proper skill at arms.
azrael Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 Did it have to be in English? I like my wired-kung fu movies as much as the next fan....but English. And why do I feel like something off with this.
Duke Togo Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 Did it have to be in English? I like my wired-kung fu movies as much as the next fan....but English. And why do I feel like something off with this. Because something is very off about it.
