So my VF-4 was shipped today. Now I need to decide which of the 3 in my office is coming down to make room. 1 - VF-19 Fire Valkyrie 2 - Marcoss SDF-1 3 - Devastator (He just recently replaced the Macross Quarter) Which do you think should come down to make room? Sorry Guys made a mistake it's a VF-4 not VF-1........still think the fog from Christmas is affecting my Brain. Here are a couple of more pics as well.

TV SDF-1 would be epic. They would have to create some added level of detail though so it would look nice sitting next to the DYRL.......oh god not another $300+ toy. .................

Cheapest solution I have found is the Detolf stand from IKEA for about $80 a piece. It's not the greatest solution and there is no lock but at least they are inside of a nice display case. Doors come with a magnet for the top and bottom so the doors will stay closed. Also they do come with a way to secure the top to the wall in case of a quake but I am not sure how great that will work. Lucky for me I live in the middle of Western Canada. No earthquakes, Tornadoes, Hurricans, Flooding........just plain old boring... ....probably explains some of my hobbies. Anyways... http://www.ikea.com/...ducts/10011055/ I just bought 3 of these and they work great. Be aware that even though they don't look it, they weight in at about 80 lbs a piece. All that glass don't ya know. Oh and if any of you are interested I will post pics. Just haven't gotten around to finalizing some of it yet.

I would definatly buy a repaint in that color scheme. Still hoping for the VF-0D but I know that one will never happen.

Well I too broke down and ordered on HLJ. Ouch this is probably my most expensive Macross pruchase yet. It's right up there with the SDF-1..........sigh.............

Didn't really like the emerald force ones as they didn't have the canards. The y/vf-19 just aren't the same to me without them. The red attenae are kinda of funky (wish it was a darker red) but I like the look of this one. Oh my precious wallet. This is going to be an expensive Christmas season with the Masterpiece Sideswipe, Red Alert, the Play Arts Kai Mass effect figures and now the VF-19P. I think I might just have to cancel the Masterpiece preorders....

This crap makes me wish Bandai had a kickstarter or something. We all kick in some money to get a preorder voucher (and maybe other things) that is valid for HLJ, AmiAmi, HobbySearch and a few other venders. This way they make extra units and because we have paid some money we would be more likely to pick it up at release time so Bandai dosen't loose out. There are some companies that I buy products from that do something similar to this already although they are based out of the US. Maybe Yamato could do this for the VF-4s and even a Regault? If they meet the dollar or a number of purchasers target we could finally get the toys we want and for a reasonalble or unstandable price. Also maybe they can finally prove that there is no really interest in the item and we can all stop b*thching about it. Just an idea. But hey this preorder BullS**t is getting out of hand. Crap it's been out of hand since the release of the Renewal VF-25s.

Yes! Mine shipped from Nippon Yasan on the 6th! It cost an arm and a leg but I had to have this one. I have a question though. I want to order the armored parts but does anyone know if Nippon Yasan charges you when you make the order or when they ship it? Nevermind found it on the website. You have the option to pay 2-3 weeks before it ships......we'll I guess the armored parts will make a nice christmas gift to myself......amoung what I am sure will become other things..........
