This is from another topic about scale , I still feel the same way . Just remember the designs was done ,in 2D , by people who "cheat" with colour and pencils on a flat piece of paper. If you ever done a VF1 or VF-19 in 3D , there is no way that the actual "sizes" fit 100% --you have to make them fit within the refence material . Just have a look at the toys and the different ways the manufactureres bend the rule to make the transformations happen . Have fun , this is not do or die stuff , what you have done already looks great.

My first suggestion is get it printed with a 3d printer .....

I have a few candidates , luckly every model I did sofar is full nurbs model ..

After 6 year , I ordered my own 3D printer (very basic) , got some work for it , but we will also build some models . Delivery Friday ... can't wait well all I can say my spelling sucks prining lol

I do all my models in Rhino3D and Solid Edge , then using rhino convert DXF , then use Cinema4D .. Rhino the best sidekick a solid modeller can have

Nice work Jasonc so far , just be warned with CAD models you will have convert to polygon models later to be able to add textures ....

If you can get him to do a "old" flight suit , that would be great
