    Only thing I did to that piece was unbox it going "damn!.......not yet." There's a lot of pieces. But I also wanted to paint it and NW weather is crappy right now in my area being in the 30s and low 50s and no heat or ventilation in the garage to paint well. So going to be a while. And I got a ton of backlog.

    Well it's taken me some time to sit down and actually work on it, but I've managed to get some sections complete with the LED's installed as well. I'm just starting to gather up all the parts I need to finish the legs and I'm like "Dear god was it always like this?!" ......I divided up the sections into 3 piles, internal, pyscommu and armor and I think it's nearly 20 runners including PC parts. Geeze then I still gotta install LED's which if I remember right, the legs are sort of a tricky area and don't make a ton of sense. But also there are no tools in this! I have no real way of tucking in the wires from the LED's into their slots. Either way here's this weeks progress....

    It kind of blows me away on how original IBO has been lately. And noticing every week the opening animation slightly changes in the appearance of the Barbatos.

    Have you not read thunderbolt? They've done some minor changes to the MS designs. Think GM cardigan on roids.

    Atleast I got it cheap. The English dub is just laughable. Only reason I checked it out was knowing it existed and could never find it. Apparently back in the old dubbing days of la heroes and manga, they never heard of sound proof walls and effects. Yikes lots of inconsistencies!

    I've gotten thru 2 episodes since I got my boxset a couple weeks ago. And I'm kind of cringing. I think I had more love for this series 7 years ago when I first watched it than I do now. But I'm also cringing after hearing those two episodes in English. I recognize most of the cast from when Manga Ent and LA Heroes did Guyver. Hell the guy who played Sho is doing Kei and Mizuki is doing Mimzy.......I mean......just feels off to me hearing them lol. Another issue I had was the subtitles themselves. Sure the translation is cleaner than I'm use too, but damn, those subs are pixelated.

    Guess my biggest question is cause I"m kind of just scrolling thru this stuff, if we're just given the first episode on December 31st much like they did with Frontier or are we gonna get an episode a week starting December 31st? I'm gonna hold off judgement of this series after seeing that trailer but I dunno what to think right now.

    I was watching episode 1 last night and did little research, didn't know until now that Eric stoltz actually made it into areas of the final cut in the film.

    wow took home a big haul today after work. The guys at the hobby shop were kind enough last week to tell me they were getting a sizeable shipment. So they showed me the list and I pretty much snagged every new HG they were getting and now ppl are pissed I left nothing but Evas lol. But I snagged Prototype Gouf Demo style, Barbatos, Ortega's Zaku Hi-mob, and G Self Perfect Backpack and got great deals on them! Barbatos being the cheapest at 10 bucks.

I've been to these guys workshop and looked around and let me tell you, I would be buying from these guys with confidence.....oh wait I did. They're aiming to be insanely busy for the next 3 months with the holidays approaching and the new film coming out. So I'm lucky I ordered a saber before the mass hysteria takes effect.

    True. Think companies kind of learned their lesson on product availability cause the price hike thru eBay doesn't make them any money at all.

    I never had an issue with the design at all, other than the fact you wouldn't know it was a Gundam unless someone pointed it out as it looks NOTHING like a Gundam.I always theorized it was the nano machines having to make repairs and the data was damaged thus this look. I mean it is a 2,000+ year old mobile suit

    I just got my R2-D2/R5-D4 and Storm Trooper kits yesterday after work. Surprised I could even order them so yeah awesome. Started obviously with my Storm Trooper cause it's something I always wanted to cosplay and maybe someday I can in 85lbs. But the construction is insanely simplistic and quick, this much progress in 45 minutes even with a little extra paint and water slides....which those have been just a tad finiky, nothign I can't handle though! I kind of want to repaint the dome for R2, the silver parts are that lame ass texture as the mustard yellow they use on Gundam kits. I'd really like that dome of his to shine along with the rest of his metal parts. Also as I'm looking at these I think, while I"d probably do a slight bit of weathering to this storm trooper, I really don't wanna do any kind of panel line marking on the droids. It's kind of odd, but it just feels more right to not have those on there.

    finally got this done for a competition in BC next weekend. MG 2.0 White Dingo custom and I also bummed a S Shield and rifle from a buddy of mine and mixed a little left over Gundam 3.0 decals I had sitting around. I think this came out beautifully.
