    There was quite a lot of grumbling about the transformation when the 171 and 262 came out. The 171 is "why do something in one step when we could do three?" I transformed one of my 262s to battroid, put the sword and shield on, and left it as is. A friend told me he somehow managed to snap the thumb off trying to put it back into fighter. Or was that someone on here? I can't remember much from the distant past of... 2017? Oh crap, it's been three years?

    The non-transforming mecha are definitely the best of the HMR line. You make me want to go decal up my Glaug now.

    Love the 262 fighter. It's probably my favorite front profile view of any valk.

    262 is a case where I really needed two, so I could keep one in battroid and never have to bother transforming it again.

    Jungle also adds the 10% consumption tax to all their prices when they post it on their website for overseas buyers. Of course not everyone can go to a Jungle store in person, but if you did that 1S will be 27k on the shelf (they waive tax for foreigners). Not a complaint, just an FYI. Mandarake used to charge a 500 yen handling fee for any orders under 5000 yen but they got rid of that a few years back.

    Probably will be delayed. But the rest of the squadron will be pushed back too, so whatever on that. I guess if you have a naked Hikaru 1S that you must have SSP for, you'll have to stalk places like Mandarake to snatch one.

    Yeah I really look forward to the 0D, whenever that may be. And the VF-4 after that. Might be awhile as China's economy got crushed by this pandemic and is only slowly recovering.
