I've never bought or handled a Yeti stand before. What assortment of parts would I need to purchase if I wanted to fit all 3 of the 25S configurations on a single base?

This talk of the VF-4 reminds me of an amusing anecdote. The VF-4 had just come out and I had disassembled it in order to do some customization. I cleaned up my work area, throwing out used masking tape and sandpaper and the like. Later that evening I was going through the parts and couldn't find the forward ventral stabilizer (the little one that sits directly under the cockpit). I looked all over but couldn't find it. So I figured it could only be in one place... I had already set the trash out on the curb to the picked up, so I did what I had to do... I stood out there in the dark digging through my own garbage like a hobo looking for that lost stabilizer. I did eventually find it (it was stuck to a piece of tape), and am so glad I noticed that it was missing before the morning garbage pick up. Okay, back to your regularly scheduled programming.

I can still see a gap where the intakes are not securely attached to the underside of the chest. That was one of my biggest gripes with the old release.

While it's a simple fix, I will say the same thing I've said about many Bandai releases: for such expensive toys, I shouldn't have to "fix" it right out of the box like this. Though I did get my VF-19 from the bargain bin, so, uhh...

If I recall, that's the VF-1 featured in Ranka's little music video from the second Frontier movie. Like you and M7, I'm not rewatching that train wreck of a movie to verify. But I'd definitely get Mylene's valkyrie.

My only issue with the RVF-171 was that mine had some spikes bent on the ventral fin out of the box. Oh, and the stand looks hideous. :/ -

It can hold a pose like a champ now, even in gerwalk.

After its first nosedive, I ended up taking the ankles apart and applying clear nail polish on the ball and socket. Now it can actually stay up in gerwalk. It's just too lose otherwise.

Those pics are clearly of a painted prototype. But it would be incredibly lame if the skull insignias of all things weren't printed on the final product.

Canceled my 0A in favor of the 0S. At this price, I can't convince myself to buy all these variants. They cost more than the YF-19 did (for me at least) and I like the YF-19 way more than the VF-0. With reactive armor, might be looking at an almost $400 price point...

10 on 1? That's not fair! You'd need at least 4 or 5 times that number of Zentradi to have a chance at even scratching Max.
