  1. That's really cool. I'd like to be able to really dance. I'm a retired motorcycle roadracer. By 35 yrs old I realized I was mortal and that was the end of being in the top three. After 10yrs of being at race tracks all over the US 20-25 weekends a year I wasn't too heartbroken calling it quits. I miss it to death though. Every morning I wake up and say "Today I buy that Ducati Panigale and get back o the track". And after I have had my coffee I come to my senses. I screwed around with bodybuilding for 6 years after racing. I don't do that very seriously anymore. I only lift in the winter for health, maintain a little muscle mass, keep me sane, etc. I did some USPSA shooting in this time period too. That got pretty old pretty fast though. It's more fun setting up your own courses of fire. I got into mountain biking heavy three years ago. Usually get out 3-4x/wk and a few out of town trips per season. My three weapons of choice.
  2. The fighter mode ones are on Flightpose stands. The VF-1S Battroid and VF-1J Gerwalk are on YetiStands. Flightpose you can find with Google. YetiStands web site is down ight now. You can message him here that @ChaoticYeti.
  3. Mission accomplished!!! For the money it was an insta buy for me. Maybe I should get another Max so I have a Roy (custom painted), Hikaru and Max............hmmmmmm.
  4. Well, to offset the NY doom an gloom...........Hikaru DX glory!
  5. I agree. They never intended to sell outside JP. They may not even have an infrastructure for it. As consumers we have to bear a little responsibility when it comes to gray market stuff.
  6. This came in today. Not bad for $88 shipped. I searched the entire internet and couldn't find a Roy for under $500. I ended up ordering a Max for $88 and I'm going to try and paint it or commission someone to paint it. I'll probably do it myself. It doesn't look this dark in real life on top of the cab. It could use a little light though.

  8. Being a broker is a great gig if you can get it!
  9. It is a very valid point. Another question is what about SSP's? I think of them as mission oriented parts. The same Valk may not be married to the same set of SSP's And in theory they're getting installed/removed a lot. You could make an argument that maybe the SSP's aren't weathered quite as much as the Valk. But, they may be pretty beat up from getting moved around a lot, installed, removed, etc. So: -Weathered Valk -New missiles. -Beat up SSP's with a little weathering. Thoughts?
  10. The one time in my life that I practice impatience is with toys. They're a guilty pleasure anyway. Why not throw some impatience on top of that and get it out of my system? I have to practice a TON of patience doing what I do for a living. It's nice to have one thing where I can "let my hair down" and frankly, act like a kid. "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" (or in my case, all work/responsibility and no play makes sqidd bat-crap crazy). I like having an outlet for my more "irresponsible" needs. It's how I manage my particular brand of crazy. Or as my web developer says, "That's where you keep your crazy" (referring to the toy collection). She doesn't mean that as a negative in any way. She's pretty "zen". She understands that some if not all people need a spot to put their crazy so it doesn't get in the way of the things you can't let that crazy get to. Yes, I'm up way too late in a bunch of pain (even on the good drugs) from some pretty nasty oral surgery today. I'm not sure that my brain still works right now.
  11. I had to Google that.
  12. Two VF-1J's showed up today so I could "finish" this shelf. As far as a Hikaru shelf goes I'm feeling pretty good about this one. 20 more shelves to get sorted.
  13. One probably has nothing to do with the other.
  14. They're probably trying to generate some easy income. Putting the M&M's in for another run is a whole lot less work than a VF-0D PF first run.
  15. I'll take three!
  16. The covers pop off (magnets) so you can see the skeleton. The pics I put in have them removed on one side. I'm not actually a huge Megatron fan, but, I REALLY like the Ultimetal Prime as a toy. It's well, the ultimate. It really is over the top. I would pay huge bucks for a VF-1S Focker Ultimetal. Even if it didn't transform. Pic with covers on:
