How about some destroids with some inner detail, individually removable missiles and openable cockpits for example?? Say at 1/60 or 1/48. A Nousjadeul Ger or some other enemy mech wouldn't hurt either!!

CF VF-0A. It's a brownish grey instead of the beige or tan VF-1A. I think it's a difficult color to reproduce in ABS. I wish yamato opted for a more greyish tone 'cause a very light tan would be too toyish.

I like it too. It's a good addition to the 1/60 line. Like others said use some clear tape for the hip armor and you are set I have 6, 3x 1/60's and 3x 1/48's. If money is not an issue buy at least one of each scale. I can't even start to describe how awesome the 1/48 GBP is.

Look at the silvery border of the skulls on the tail fins and heatshield. They are stickers The Low Viz II is not from the skull squadron like the Stealth. All the previous advertising showed the Stealth as part of the skull squadron, it even showed the strange placement of the skulls.

As far as I know they will not let you put that on the plane. You have to consider the luggage of other people. Take it out of the box and just take the toy with you. Play with it on the plane 400670[/snapback] When I flew back from Hawaii (United Airlines) I took a König Monster and a 1/48 Roy VF-1S, both boxed into the plane. They let me carry the boxes. They both fit one on top of the other in the luggage compartment. I believe the Super Stealth box is smaller than the VF-1S and Monster combined, so you shouldn't worry. My girlfriend even carried an orchid we bought in Thailand and they didn't pay attention at the airport Sometimes I keep wondering about the security measures

Remember the term "mosquito nose" when the 1/60 debuted? I like the fighter mode of the 1/60 too. Probably more than the 1/48. I can't get past the wide canopy of the 1/48 from a front view. This is how the canopy of the 1/48 should look like (the 1/60 and the hasegawa fighter are closer to the lineart)

I liked it from the first day we got pictures of it. The fighter will look great with this cammo scheme. I like the other modes too!! Can't wait till I receive mine

I've never timed myself. Probably between one or two minutes. I'm never on a rush. I spend more time thinking about a pose. Speaking of x-tra geeky, when I'm doing some work on the comp or while I watch TV I frequently have a valk and take a look a it every now and then

That's why I use my grilfriends nail polish I'd never buy it myself. And it's actually worse if you try to explain that you need it to tighten a toy!!

The GBP is the ultimate add-on. It's expensive but there's plenty of detail (inner detail too) and removable missiles. Any VF-1 equipped with the GBP armor is a real heavy-weight. Same with the Fast Packs. You buy one and suddenly you feel the other valks are naked I'll let the pics talk

And it's a good thing that when the 1/48's came out they didn't ruin my enjoyment of the 1/60's. I'm very lucky to be able to pay my expenses, share great moments with my future wife , and collect Macross as a way of bringing back memories from my childhood and, and...

I know how you feel about the 1/60. Every post I read in the past, you always supported with clear and true intentions your sayings My reply wasn't intended to respond to your post. I always care about the aesthetics of the toy and am very anal regarding the lineart. I never received a 1/60 lemon and i'm quite aware off it's limitations, but I feel that it represents very closely what i see in in the anime. You are so true about the 1/60 VF-1S head, it's an ABOMINATION!!! I'll never get used to it. That's why my favorite 1/48 is Roy's VF-1S with GBP armor on it And I don't want to start comparing the 1/60 Fast Packs vs the 1/48 ones... It's like I said earlier, it's a win win situation for me and the 1/60 line is the most complete out there. Just a few pics of the 1/60 line (max Q-Rau is missing)

Regarding the 1/60 VF-1 issue, I'm one in the minority group that likes the proportions of the 1/60 better. I have all the 1/60 plus Queadluun -Rau and all the 1/48 minus Low Viz. It's a win-win situation for me, you get all the good things of both lines. I honestly can't believe how people think the MPC is better than the Yamato 1/60 VF-1. If you look the lineart and compare closely both toys the answer should be pretty clear. But every opinion and taste should be respected. So my advice would be: you get at least one, maybe the unique ones like the VF-1D, the VT-1 or the VE-1, and judge if they are worthy Plus the 1/60 line is the most complete, there's also enemy mecha.

398741[/snapback] I made the two rectangular holes in the backpack on each side I measured the holes from a fast pack equipped valk and used a dremel to cut the CF backpack in the exact same place. If you do this make the slots a little bit smaller so the fast packs fit tightly.
