Interestingly enough, I see a toynami sticker on the Evo Toys legioss place marker. As for Toynami's 1/60 legioss.....isn't that a little small for a transforming legioss?

Phoenix is an excellent toy. Heavy, solid and clicky. Just be careful of how you disengage the neck/ backpack. If you pick him up and compare him to a 1/60 V2 VF-1, Phoenix makes him look like an HMR

First of all, I see that Bandai has seen the 3rd competition and is now putting LEDs in a 00 suit. Furthermore, to go even further they included the full burst mode, which I figured they would go with since MB engineering has advanced a lot of since both 00 gundam and Exia. Sadly there's no full sword mode.....and that will most likely be a premium exclusive. On the plus side the partial burst mode is a nice addition that they didn't have to do, but I appreciate that they went the extra mile. Sculpt wise it looks aces. Hopefully there will be further improvements to articulation. The price is like $70 to $80 more than Exia and it feels like a cash grab along with strike freedom. But damn, I think Bandai knocked it out of the park. I was not impressed with Moshow's effort after handling it for awhile, didn't help either that the backpack broke off. So official bandai one here I come.....assuming I can snag one on preorder night. -
And now my hopes and dreams are dead again.

It's probably the DYRL SDF-1........but I'd like to be surprised. If it's the TV version I'm done collecting macross toys.

Preordered day 1 for 2SS. Overall looks like a wonderful release and if it's perfect transformation as the designer stated, then it will be some fun hand candy. It's kind of weird that the gerwalk mode picture has the split gap in the feet while the battroid picture has full gapless feet. Swappable toes? Or just different prototypes maybe?

I'm sure there will be plenty around when it comes out. And if the toy is another mess, there will be plenty of sales.

Try using some clorox kitchen wipes. I use those to clean toys because they're usually not harsh on paint.

I hope they change the main character's design and maybe add like 5 years to her age. Her design look so out of place next to the sketch of EVE and the proposed male protagonist.

Got my copy of SOC megazord yesterday. It's a great modern update to the old toy and design. Super fun and easy to play with. The knee connectors could be better, but when you know how far the knees can bend, the legs will not pop out. He's not as heavy as Voltron, but he's still DAMN heavy.

That gallery ^ is HOT HOT HOT! A shame I don't have the money for this now. Unless I cancel something......hmmm. I hope bababoo gets more in stock later. I just noticed they updated the headsculpt over their first prototype, which was my biggest problem with it! The final production head looks fantastic! Very mean and aggressive.

Overall, the moshow 00Q looks pretty good. I'm also glad they removed the fake logos. The chest joint looks a little loose, but nothing major. It would have been cool if he had batteries to show the LED gimmick. Even though bandai has this guy in the pipeline they haven't done LED gimmicks for their metal build line yet.

I've been waiting a long time for a good type zero figure from the 1st movie. The revoltech was okay and the CM's toy was garbage. It's Bandai time.
