The youtube version is quite watchable. Like most decent season finales, it answers the plot de jour while leaving a few hooks for Season 2. My only problem is wantwantwantwantwantwant Season 2 nao

I'm more interested in why BioWare seems more interested in Liara. She got this statue, a whole mission in ME2, plus Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC. On the other hand, Ashley () has gotten no such attention.

Okay, that's an interesting twist. When's the next episode?

I think he is. Rodimus is my first MP-grade toy and I couldn't be happier for the money I spent. Would I have spent the $250 or so for the Takara version? Even with the space winnabego, that'd be stretching it a bit. It's a good, solid, $60 toy that I'm proud to own.

We all know the release date is 20 Dec, but the sites are saying that pre-orderers will get the game earlier. Any ideas when that "earlier" is?

This is Bioware. If anyone can do a story-based game justice, it's them. I'm most intrigued by the multi-person conversations.

Would that be Ocean Grey or Military Grey?
-
Nope; it's yet another suckle at the teat that is Optimus Prime. A new version that'll be in-scale with MP Rodimus Prime.

RCB is nice. I'd pay through the nose for a hover tank or AGACS fighter from Sourhern Cross, though

As iffy as the story was, I have a fondness for the Macross II mecha. Best of luck on your search.

That's Liara? My, how she's... grown up. ... ... ... I can has Ashley, pls? Kthnxbai

I'm not in the beta, but I did preorder the uber-special-collecter's-ulitmate Edition. I'm a bit disappointed in the special features, and I thought that there'd be a longer subscription phase for the larger editions, but I just couldn't pass up on it. Bioware + Star Wars + Old Republic setting = take me, I'm yours

WORST Sci-Fi TV series of all time.....
CoryHolmes replied to taksraven's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Au Contre: seaQuest, Transformers, Alien Nation... all had decent seasons out of steaming piles of monkey poo, but were redeemed by those few good episodes/seasons.- 279 replies

In these here parts, we called it Space: Above and Beyond. It was as uneven as most first-season shows and it got cancelled just as it was finding its footing. Agreed. I keep watching and rewatching the first season of the show as it was that good. Lots of plot ideas, interesting characters (for some reason, I keep sympathising with Sandoval), and decent actors. Then it nosedived with Seasons 2-5.

Deep Space Nine is the top of the list for me. It was funny, serious, wowing, epic, and all points in between. But most of all, I enjoyed the way it thoroughly deconstruction the Roddenberry ideal as expressed in Jean-Luc Picard, showing us that even in the 24th century and with all the advancements made in the meantime, that humanity is still... well... humanity and with all the flaws that comes with the species. TNG, Stargate SG-1 and Universe, and Robotech round up the list for me. Yeah, you read that last one right
