So i broke down, and ordered the 1/60 stands from AliExpress It is funny they spelled it MArcross, instead of Macross. For about 24 bucks shipped, you get five stands. I want to see if can they save me space in the Detolf. I prefer Fighter mode 80% of the time, so I think these stands are perfect for my current needs... wants... needs, wants.

I was mostly referring about the lower segment of the legs. From the knee to the ankles. Don't get me wrong I love my DX 1J too. It was just an observation. @Lolicon Amazing weathering there Lolicon! @sh9000 Nicely done!

@MKT Cool Kawamori plane, I like it! @sh9000 I am so tempted to get a few of those 1/100 planes. Cool stuff. I am still laying low from my last purchases, but i'll look into it in the future... maybe... @Lolicon, Wow, that's really cool. I may have 1/4 of their catalog, if even that. i do have multiples of some of them. You can never have too many brownies... or stormtroopers. -

Sometimes i wish the legs on the DX 1J looked more like the legs on the 1/60 Arcadia-Yamato Valkyries. Is it just me? It almost feels like the Arcadia's legs look smoother, for some reason. -

I am glad to hear you are alright guys. I am also glad your collection didn't suffer much. over a decade ago my favorite panel lined CF 1/48 broke its laser from a similar fall. I had it on a small book shelf on my desk, and my jacket caught the gunpod, as i tuned around. In my mind, it lost its head laser in some close call dogfight.

Let's not forget Yamato flooded the market, and sadly, not everyone bought those well priced valks. Yamato , meant well, but they went bankrupt. I am not excusing Arcadia for their higher prices, but has anyone considered inflation? ALso I agree, Bandai is a monster corporation, unlike Arcadia/Yamato. This is why i refuse to pay over inflated prices for the whole DX line. I WAS going to get them all, but now, only a select few. I am not getting DX missiles or fastpacks either. My Yammies and Arcadia valks have those well covered. Bandai better finish the HMR line or else...

Finally out of the box and in all its glory: Viva Miria! Again, thanks to Shizuka, here is the couple together. I had to place them with the 1/60 Zero custom, since the HMR is taking over some of the display's real state. The red used in this Miria Arcadia is the prettiest of them all imho.

NICE!!! It is in your genes!!! Good thing he started with training and scout versions. You would not want him to bring the house down or hurt himself with an armored one. @MKT Great collection there! These HMR have grown on me, and i hope Bandai finishes it properly.
