Speaking of eyes, anybody find them to be a bit too dull? Wish they were more yellow like the reflectors on the legs and shoulders. It's strange, because the box art actually emphasizes a glow on the eyes. Some other things that I have noticed since handling it: The tab/slot system for the gun doesn't work for me, it seems misaligned or the slot on the gun is to shallow. Would have been nice for the nose-cone to lock into the back for robot mode A thigh/knee swivel or a more versatile ball-joint system in the hips would have been nice for more dynamic and expressive articulation That being said, this Legioss is full of quality and pretty robust then its small appearance might indicate.

From what can be seen that Starscream looks promising to me, his wings finally flow into the mid section of his body. I hope Takara continues to strive for that excellence or "best of breed" execution like with their latest releases and never goes back to cheap-priced simplistic and compromised robots.- 17237 replies

There is a proper Japanese trailer, which I originally posted and then swapped out for better understanding. I think it is nice of Bandai to provide it in English too. You are not alone, endgame green is my preferred choice too.

Proportions and articulation have definitely improved, now I am inclined to think the model is completely new. Here is the conundrum though, you get the better model kit but with non-coloured clear parts, meaning your RX-0 will look dead if the LEDs are not constantly running.

Unicorn Gundam is going to be the first entry for MGEX. Seems like they are adding LEDs to the kit. It is not clear to me if this is completely new or some retool of the existing model. At least there is mention of the proportions being fixed.

Mine had the same issue, but it is not necessary to remove the glued thigh panel or pry the to halves open. It is a bit hard to describe, but like @Guyffon suggested just take out the visible screw. Then rotate the nub downwards until it tucks inside the leg opening and won't go any further. Now make sure the thigh is folded outwards (fighter config.) and with some light force try to push/twist/rotate the nub further into the cavity. You can sort of feel and hear when you succeed. After that use the leg to further rotate the nub until it faces backwards and then put the screw back on. There will be no scrapes or damage and the original factory assembly of the thigh stays intact without having to be tampered with. I hope my description makes sense and helps everyone with the issue.

Interesting, Hush gets a plastic coat vs. Gambit with his cloth one. Wonder why Mafex differentiates here?

I understand where you are coming from with that assessment, but judging by size and price alone doesn't do Sentinel's Legioss any justice. I don't have it in hand yet, but just looking at the images it becomes apparent that there is a level of engineered sophistication and intricacies while still retaining a very good aesthetics and proportions of the subject matter. In that respect I would say that Sentinel's offering provides better value for the price even when it is a smaller toy or perhaps because of that. Sure the DX VF-1 has solid engineering and is also visually appealing, but with its bigger size why did we not get a rotating cockpit and working egress hatch or double jointed knees and forward pivoting arms? Also don't forget that missiles and strike/fast packs have to be acquired separately if you are after the full effect. Retrospectively looking at it that way, it makes the DX a pricey half-hearted attempt by Bandai in contrast to Sentinel's efforts on the Legioss. I got a payment request NY already with the 24th being the deadline for payment. Slightly surprised that Amazon Japan has not triggered yet.

Nice classic pose, but those Iron Man boots are still backwards and need to be twisted around.

So far I have had no issues with the condition of packages from AJ. The items I got were always shrink wrapped to a cardboard that is stuck to the bottom of the box.

It seems Bandai's GunPla devision has got something up their sleeve for MG. https://www.taghobby.com/archives/457984

I now belong to an elite group of people that is a proud owner a Lamborghini. Sunstreaker is a great MP - aesthetics, proportions, articulation and engaging transformation, it is all there. A stark contrast for me, because prior to this I picked up some of the older MP+ carbots to round out the collection. The earlier era of MPs are far too simplistic and compromised in many departments and so the experience quickly becomes boring and leaves one wanting. I hope we eventually get a v2 of Sideswipe, the current one looks to outdated to be placed next to Sunstreaker.- 17237 replies

So it's Wing Zero EW... talk about underwhelming. With the screening of Hathaway's Flash around the corner I am surprised Bandai is not releasing a heavy hitter like the Xi or Penelope to tie-in. Do we still have free slots this year for more MG Gunpla releases?

He did return, Wesley was there at the Riker and Troi wedding scene in Nemesis. How and why he was there was never explained though.

I think I am looking forward to this. But "meh" to the Klingons, they have been done to death now. How about the Tholians as a main antagonist for a change.

MP-39+ Spinout getting a release in November. A pity that no Decepticon derived counterpart exists, I think that would be something I could see myself buying.- 17237 replies

Hopefully Mafex will issue an alternate standard Magneto down the line. Purple cape and short hair for the win!

The MAS-01 Optimus Prime also has them. Never been a fan of those wheel casings sticking out on the side of the legs, but Ultimetal does it best.- 17237 replies

I wish they would have done Star Convoy and Super Megatron proper as MP, rather than repurposing mass retail toys.- 17237 replies

I have been looking out for MP-29+ as well, but find the current going prices very steep. If you don't mind me asking, how much did you get it for at manda? -
Haha, if one were gutsy you could walk in to work with that Spider Bracelet and throw people off that walk around with smart watches.
