    Personally I do not, honestly I don't even think a re-release of the 25-G or S would entice me to buy a VF-25. I love the design and have had multiples, but I'm looking forward to the 31 and newer Valkyries at this point. -b.

    Had to Google "Chekhov's gun" - I now consider myself a more informed viewer. Certainly familiar with the concept, it's ever present in TV's and movies, I'd just never heard a name for it before. Regarding your first point, the event in and of itself had more impact for me. I don't even remember what that character had done that was of any importance. In fact in my memory the most influence they've ever had was to be the catalyst for the start of the actual battle. Second point - AGREED. -b.

    Correct August 1st for the first pre-orders, it got posted a couple of pages ago but that news got kind of buried. -b.

    Nope, that's the regular price. It did show up for a bit, back in stock, for sale, but right now it is listed at regular price. -b.

    The Figma Samus Aran was pretty hard to find after the first release, but that and Link have been reissued at least 2 or 3 times (IIRC). I pulled the trigger on Justin Bailey when the orders opened up at HLJ. Now I will have an incentive to make room to display them both. -b.

    Happy to see a release date and pre-order date, but still no pricing info. And I haven't watched any of Delta beyond the original teaser episode. Really wish I hadn't read that spoiler. -b.

    ^True, and of all the Yamato VF-4G's I had and sold, I only paid retail for the original release I got from HLJ. All of the others I purchased off of Jungle or Mandarake, and I had to be quick on the trigger with each purchase because they were so hard to come by a few years ago. I really wanted to pull the trigger when I saw the sales price but I've been trying for so long to be more frugal and in the end I don't really need another one, my two remaining (original still sealed HLJ and a copy I got off of Mandarake on display in Fighter) are good enough for me.* -b. *for now

    Always excited for more Mass Effect and Destiny. Zelda looks like a beautiful game but I haven't played any Zelda game in years and I don't see that changing any time soon. -b.

    Was also tempted to pull the trigger on Arcadia's VF-4G, but I still have two from Yamato and I really don't/didn't need another. It was the price that made it so tempting. Luckily for my wallet HLJ ended the sales pricing, and as I type this it's Discontinued at HLJ. -b.

    LOL - good! There are a lot of collectors in this boat, I know. You can tell and how quickly Yamato items sell when they do appear for sale. -b.

    Starting to almost enjoy the gifs as much as I do the pics of the DX Valkyries. Those are great Noel! Hopefully Bandai will have larger production runs for Delta Valks, something tells me they will - but who knows. -b.

    The kind that you'd have for the first or really any of the anthology. It doesn't take much to have a concept, then come up with art around it. Neil B. had Alien concept art months ago, and despite the fact that nothing was nailed down, there were visual concepts of his idea available to see. It's not at all unreasonable to ask or wonder if any is available. -b.

    Same. Or, it certainly made me like Captain America, not sure if one of my favorites ever, but certainly one that I now care about. Honestly couldn't tell. Saw it in IMAX 3D in the one of the front rows (sitting in the front of the theatre was not my choice). Maybe I didn't notice or feel that way because I was too busy straining my damn neck trying to see the entire screen. -b.

    Never heard of any, or many breakages of the Renewal 25's that have the Armor Parts attached, joint stress is possible but it depends on which mode the parts are attached, if a stand is used, etc, etc. -b.

    Yes sir, so was I, but a lot of times those types of bias will play a role in what side of a debate you come in on. Hence my comment about agreeing more with Cap's point of view. Agree 100% about Chris Evans as Captain America, but I also see Robert Downey more as Tony Stark vs. the previously troubled actor. Thinking, and thoughtful, to me he handles the subtle difference between the two very well - especially in Winter Soldier and Civil War. -b.

    Jumped back onto Destiny around 2 weeks ago too, this after nearly a year off. I LOVE the new reward system, it's still a grind, but now at least there's more of a carrot to entice me to take part. -b.

    No, no you are not. I've been Team Iron Man since the original comic Armor Wars in the '90s. And although Marvel has made him a near unlikable jerk in the comics, and played him as a d!ck (at times) in the MCU, Iron Man will still be my favorite comic book character. Now, within the context of the movie, most of my personal sensibilities go towards Cap's point of view, but I understand and could absolutely see Iron Man's perspective - and maybe even agree if my experiences led me that way. Fan of the character or not. -b.

    All jokes aside, I'm happy that I'm not completely priced out of this hobby (regardless of manufacturer). Getting harder to buy multiples, but I can usually swing at least one of every release. -b.

    Darn near every hero in Marvel Comics has been an Avenger at some point (kinda tongue-in-cheek), including Black Panther (seriously). In the comics and alluded to in the movies Black Panther traditionally sticks with Wakanda but does get involved in the larger Marvel universe as needed. Not sure how Civil War ultimately played out in the comics - as those stories tend to do it got pretty convoluted. Agree with other sentiments that Spider-Man's inclusion felt very tacked on, I'm glad that they did it but it's pretty obvious that this storyline was added after Marvel and Sony came to the agreement to bring Spidey into the larger Marvel movieverse. -b.
