Okay, why are they making these, when they should be puting the manufacturing costs towards making us large scale, perfect transformation VF-0s, Mac plus valks, destroids, enemy mecha, and a macross?

And the 1/60 Monster or the Queadluun-Rau aren’t??? Why is it that everyone loves the idea of those two but the moment someone mentions a 1/48 VF-0 or YF-19 or some other large valk it’s oh no that would be too big I mean seriously a VF-0 is not that much bigger it’s about the same size as a F-14 and companies make plenty of 1/48 scale versions of those. Btw Mr. March i'm not trying to pick on you. You just happend to sum up what the anti 1/48 VF-0 people almost always say. Or, maybe a nearly foot and a half long toy that costs as much as my monthy rent is a little excessive.... Not all of us are made of money or have GOBS of space alotted to toys. And for the last time, the 1/60 MONSTER is NOT being produced! It was shelved for retooling/scuplting DUE to its perilous size!! Greenguy where did you hear that about the monster?

far as i kno all the g1 transformers were repainted and repackaged from prexiting toys, they basicly made a series to sell the toys yeah, I can't remember what series Omega Supreme and Shockwave were taken from but those were also ripped from a japanese toy line. Truth is the transformers cartoon/comic was a 30 minute comersial to sell the latest in japanese imported toys.

Awwww come on guys. TFers have a long and prestigious history of knocking off japanese toys lines, Diaclone, dorvack, macross, beatris, microchange.

As much as I love 1/48th scale, for me the 1/60th scale is the ideal scale for a full valk line up.

Were we separated at birth? I thought I was the only one that liked the big suckers. Anything less than 1/60th is second string for me, and 1/144 is so much worthless crap. I 3rd these sentiments!

Visually one of the most stunning animations I have seen. Story was made to carry the animation. It's decent but as A7 said nothing revolutionary. It ends on such a macross plus note it's not funny.
