The VF-1J wasn’t made to order, it was a standard release where Bandai made X toys and the distributors ordered from that pool. The separate missiles are a Tamashii Web Exclusive, which are made to order, which is why they’re still up for grabs. The VF-31A was made to order, but it’s suspected that manufacturing defects and/or difficulties restricted supply to less than was ordered, leading to scarcity. Nippon-Yasan has been slowly filling these orders for almost a year now. I honestly don’t know if Bandai cares about the aftermarket, or about the prices certain toys it makes can command after release. If they did, they’d look at the fact the 31A can get about $500 US, correctly deduce there’s still demand, and make another run of 31As to satisfy it, whether just another run, Arad’s custom 31A, or another 31A release with a new modex number.

Just mine, baby. Just mine. Another nice touch: the second antenna on the back of the fighter is spring-loaded to allow the backpack to fold flat.

Great toy. Solidly built, no paint misapps on my copy. Lower fins stay in place pretty well. The transparency of the canopy tabs bugged me, as did the translucence of the black canopy framing, so I grabbed a Sharpie and blacked out the inside of the framing as well as the tabs. Needs real paint, but I’m pleased with my two minute’s work. Interestingly, the main gear legs have little cut-outs in them to accommodate the hinges for the gear doors. It’s a nice touch. The gear legs also have the retraction struts attached, though the other end just floats.

I just got an iPad Pro for Christmas. I’ve never had an issue with Apple’s stuff; for the most part it simply always works. That said, I never use iCloud for anything except my device backups. -
While you’re at it, announce Arad's 31A please.

It’s also to allow the GBP armor's greaves to be more proportional and anime-accurate. The old chunky monkeys had fixed fins and the greaves were made around them, which made them look funny.

Okay. The stand adapter is a prototype; it works well but not with armor parts since the parts change the Valkyrie’s center of gravity. I think Yeti’s still tinkering with it. The gunpod adapter is on Yeti’s Shapeways store: https://www.shapeways.com/shops/3dyeti

I got a VF-171 CF armor set a while back, the armor’s from that, missiles are from the YF-19 Full Set, and the display adapter and gunpod adapter are from Yeti.
