That plus I’ve had this happen to me twice: I show someone my small Macross collection, I mention they transform, and I’m asked “Really? How?” Then I show them right quick. There is usually a display of delight or amazement afterwards. If I had to say they transform, but these models can’t, there’d be a far less enthusiastic reaction, and that’s what adds to the value of these toys, for me.

Nice. They did a pretty good job with it. The nacelles are almost always out of whack, no matter what ship it is. Pity. -

I ordered the missile set, I’ll definitely order the Super part set. Then I’m done with this series unless Bandai makes a CF variant. I’d buy an Alaska Base version so hard, though.

I’m still looking for a good way to remove screw covers. One tip I got was to superglue old sprue onto the cover and lift directly, then carefully remove the sprue and sand the glue spot. Wondering if there’s another solution...
