Yeah to think that they didnt really know where they were going with the plot and they still managed to make a great story. Some writers have a story all mapped out early on and still make a hash of it. This is credit were credit is due lets hope this writers combo can be put to good use producing more excellent work

No clones as such just lots of models that all started out as the same, just like on a car production plant. No alt realities they are angels if you mean invisible Caprica six, Baltar and also not invisible but back from the dead Starbuck. Old tim men (Original Series BSG) Cylons are on the side of the Cylon's lead by Cavil the evil skin job Cylon bent on destruction of all humans and nice Cylons, he still has a few of the old models left in the ranks. Where as the ones that are sided with Caprica 6 and the Colonies are all new models. These new freindly ones have a red stripe on them so stupid humans know the difference and dont shoot them by mistake. Get your self down the Video store and catch up on what you have missed you wont regret it. Does anyone know if the complete series 4 (both halfs) is going to be released in the U.S any sooner than the U.K release in June? If it gets out in the U.S.A before June I want it then DVD regions are irelevant to me,

The fuel prices in The U.S.A always look so inviting to us in the European block. The fact that the U.S has alot of its own fuel and keeps what it gets out of the ground helps no end in keeping the prices down. No expensive shipping and therefore less cost past on to the consumer, Unlike Eurrope due to the rather stupid E.U regulations we sell what we get to other E.U members and then buy it back add that to the rest of the fuels comming from the old Soviet union states and the arabic nations no wonder its so high. Plus the U.K goverment loves to tax it, because if you make it expensive people wont use their cars aparently. Well Im suprised that fuel theft has hit the states, its not that bad over here yet only really truck parks and over night Motel/hotel carparks are getting hit. Hopefully the goverment wont bring out a tax on toy and anime collections.

A great ending and almost all the loose ends tied up. I find it ironic that Kara was the harbinger of death, but only for Cavils faction. Felt sad for Lee loosing everybody he cared about though. great way to tie it all up I guess we are all Cylons then. as were the original colonies etc, the fact that this has happened before and will happen again was completely pointed out. I guess that the decision to ditch all tech and start again in the end had not paid off, it would have been far better to have tech and just not let anyone build a computer that was more powerfull than a Pentium 4 that way A.I would just not happen, thus breaking the cycle, insted we have 21st centry Earth 2 just about to do it all again. I guess that after the first couple of generations enough of the tech would be lost and forgotten that it would not matter any more and in a few hundred years nothing of Raptors and Vipers would be left to show eaither. I get from Angel Baltar and Caprica that this has happend many times more than the Kobol Earth 1 and the colonies. I guess that the abundance of fairly habitable worls like New Caprica and the Algae planet mean it could all happen again. The rest of the Cylon fleet scattered all over the Galaxy could come into play at some point. After all what if you dont get the recall untill say 5 years later. They never did state if comms were FTL as in fold coms in Macross. I fully expected it to come down to a standoff with Adama blowing Galaticas reactor to kill em all and then everyone waking up in goo pods a la Ellen and saying WTfrack we are all Cylons...... Roll on the Full DVD release of series 4 and the Caprica and specials. Thanks for the ride. Now go use your skills to make more hi class Sci Fi for us to watch.

Its more like getting a transforming toy and sawing up your model kit in the right places and then glueing the inner workings to it in place of the original ones as has been done somay times on the various TF's fan sites with Binaltechs. Only in the case of the F-117 they tweaked it and just used the outline idea of the transformation.

I have one at home. they also did something that was not a million miles away from the Vf17 that Bandai made. I have both. They come in several different color schemes, and are not that badly built, certainly 100 time better th\n the $5 boots you can get which are cast fromm cheep styrene that are all over eBay. almost as good as the Joons boots although sadly parts are not so interchangable due to the extra griblies they formed on them to make it different. Chuck em into a GBP set and they look good. If you look at the link you can also see that they are activley making thier own figures now. Along with the jumbo 1/10 and 1/12 scale stuff they are building 1/24. These are heavily borrowing from the Binaltech/alternator transformers range. several of the transformations are similar and the hands are identical. But at least unlike HasbroTakara they are building new ones and not just colour changes of existing builds.

Anything that plumps up the story and keeps the old fans on board and still brings in the new fans is good. The whole giant robots in films in general is going to become the new in thing sooner or later. Transformers only benifits more from it as most of the western world accociates Transformers as the big robot thing. Macross and Robotech get so often mistakenly badged as Transformers that they can only help in the the west to bring more interest to the whole subject. How long will it be before Hollywood gets bored of Marvel and DC Characters and goes after some of the bigger anime stories. It is already starting to happen if the rumor mill is correct.

In the past when repairing boxes in my collection I used UHU glue the tube type is nice and gloopy and sets well and doesnt run like some paper and card glues do. once set it will need to be torn to get it appart again. sets in about a minute as well.

I have had the same scenario a few years ago. But I usually see the films I want to regardless of weather some guy down the pub says its good or not. Even the suposed film critics get it wrong. I remember several films over the years that the critics said were not good that went on to do very well. At the end of the day you are the best critic of what you like or dont like.

The Cylons never did say if the resurection hub and its destruction meant no more skinjobs could be made. they only refer that their race is doomed. I though this was just as they could not further their existance to a point where they were no longer a manufactured product. I assumed that they were made some place else and that the ships and skinjobs would only benifit from resurection once created. Do the actual Centurions have organic brains. I do now recall what Cparica 6 said. So it makes sense not to scrap something if it works just fine. Would be good to see some in action again not just in Razor. Maybe if the end battle is all out we will, if they throw everything into it that could mean old types too.

Back tracking slightly did anyone notice the old type Cylon Raiders on the pad when Boomer brought her stolen Raptor in for landing in Cavils base? One was on the pad and the other was taking off. Surely there cant be a mistake there. I mean the CGI models for new type Raiders are well used and would be almost no cost to put in the shot, afterall its all CGI.

If they sold those eggs they'd need a lot of hens. Those 4 could be recession busters for Bandai.

At least you managed to glue all the bits in the right places, thats more than I did one my first few model kits. You will be suprised how quickly your skills come on, they almost sneak up on you.
