  1. Well, it seems to be sold out already so that’s not a great sign for tonight.
  2. I wouldn’t worry about it. I had a shipment go out before the lockdown via surface and those normally take 1-2 months. This time, it took 3 months. People really need to relax about these shipments and realize things could take a lot longer due to the current situation. If your package is returned to sender, it will be indicated on the tracking. It may take longer for them to even figure that out because there could be literally millions of packages to sort through. Unless you get confirmation that your package is lost, I feel like people constantly asking the shops and requesting refunds are putting an even bigger burden on everything and in a way, stealing from those shops if you force a chargeback because you might (most likely will) still get the item eventually.
  3. I don’t have “spontaneous disassembly” issues but I do purposely undo that latch every time I transform mine because I prefer to have all the articulation available. There are people who have glued the latch if they decided the extra articulation isn’t needed. Congrats and welcome to the craze! It’s really tough not to want more after you’ve experienced the superiority and pure greatness of a well designed and produced Valk. I highly recommend the Arcadia 0S and there is little chance the hip issue isn’t fixed on the upcoming PF 0D since it was fixed on both releases of the 0S. I rank the Arcadia VF-0s at the top along with the DX VF-1s as the best Valk toys ever made. Not including the original 1/55 Chunky Monkey which is the best toy ever made period.
  4. The latch can be attached or detached and folded up into the torso to allow waist swivel. It’s in the instructions how to do it or just watch the videos.
  5. I think NY has UPS but I never pay attention to any of the options near the top of the list. Always Ferry for me or regular air when it’s smaller items that are cheaper to ship that way. Lol! Seriously. I don’t even bother trying at HS anymore because all it does is reduce my chances at another shop while I’m wasting my time there.
  6. June 1, 4pm jst. All the usual players in the Japan online retail market. Nippon Yasan Amazon Japan Okiniland Anime Export amiami those are the only shops where F5 even has a chance of working. F5 should technically work at Hobby Search but getting a preorder there is still a mythical fantasy to me. HLJ and CDJ has some ridiculous way of listing that makes searching and F5ing useless unless you happen to know how to find their listings. That’s it for shops I would recommend. Your best bet is to hang out here where people will post links as soon as they can to help each other out.
  7. Macross isn't licenced for sale anywhere outside of Japan. Anything you can get these days is a privilege so I roll with that and it makes me very happy with no complaints. It is WAY easier, cheaper and faster to get Macross items with all these Japan based shops offering their services to the rest of the world compared to how I had to do it before.
  8. My favorite stores will be offering Ferry as usual (NY) or DHL for cheap (AJ). Getting a preorder in anywhere else is too much of a pita for me to deal with anyways so hopefully I’ll be successful with one of those two.
  9. NY has a no cancellation policy. You know that going in so no reason to expect it. Again, anything they offer is going above and beyond but not required. If you can’t feed yourself, don’t tie your money up on luxury items. No shop has any responsibility for an individual’s spending habits. If I buy something from an individual, that’s all based on the individual deal that is made so it depends. When I preorder items, I take that as I’m reserving something that will be available sometime in the future. I don’t pay much attention to when as long as I know I will get it when I get it. NY always delivers whatever I order so I’m all good.
  10. Nice shots! Yeah, the reissues in the Black Series look great! Along with all the new releases. I have a Love/Hate relationship with Hasbro//Disney but they are taking a lot of my money with this Marvel/Star Wars stuff.
  11. Haha, make sure you pick up your certificate for Enabling 101. Points go to @dafunguy for planting the seed, @Kicker773 for always setting the bar high and @505thAirborne for the link to finish the job.
  12. Haha, on the 51 thread, @OptionZero just reported that NY gave him the fixed legs parts for just the cost of shipping when he didn’t even buy it from there. AmiAmi and several other shops wouldn’t even help their own customers with it. That sounds like great service from NY to me. As for the shipping issues, they have also given people free upgrades. All sounds pretty good to me. I don’t expect any service when buying products for the Japan market only so anything is going above and beyond from any of these shops. If people don’t like a shop, just stop using them instead of complaining all the time. Yeah, I ended up with okiniland for Kakizaki. I have no loyalty to any shop when it comes to price. Whoever gives me the lowest price and can deliver gets my business. Will see how it goes next time a Macross item goes up for preorder. DX 29 should be a good test.
  13. You want the 0S either way.
  14. Nice, NY coming through again with great customer service.
  15. I would imagine any new stock going out has it fixed. If I recall correctly, amiami did not support anyone who got the leg issue initially and those people had to reach out to Arcadia directly. And Arcadia was not supporting anyone outside Japan.
  16. Ah, thanks for the catch. 51 for sure (edited the post). Milia was no slouch...she would also hand Hikaru and Roy their asses.
  17. Yeah, I think it's very safe to say Arcadia is not doing any production runs for M&M or the 35th Anniversary at this point. The GBP is definitely a known reissue that they will be producing more of and the 51 is possible they are still making up for the leg mishap.
  18. I thought HLJ never stopped listing them originally because they still had stock.
  19. Mine doesn't come loose easily but I'm glad they made it this way since it took a huge fall and the only thing that happened was the floor ate it forever. Good thing there was an extra.
  20. I'm with @jenius on this...I think they probably got extra warehouse stock from Arcadia but the main thing is this is most likely not a new production run. If it was, all the other shops would be listing them too.
  21. Yeah, add this option set to recreate the shogun warrior jumbo vinyl looks and it is nostalgia x1000000!
