  1. I HATED THE CREDITS!!! IT RUINED THE WHOLE THING FOR ME!!! THEY NEED TO REMAKE THIS WITH BETTER CREDITS AND GET GEORGE LUCAS TO REWRITE THE CREDITS SCRIPT!!! rofl
  2. Wow! Some sharp work there Thom! Really looking forward to seeing this bird finished up! That reminds me: I found a tutorial on painting/weathering Navy craft a while ago on ARC forums that I have yet to use!
  3. That's why I said what I did about him: " Seriously, a remarkable actor; I've seen his work in several shows and movies. He will definitely be missed." He really was good, and did a wide variety of roles. I think Odo was some of his best work.
  4. RIP, Clayton Endicott III. Seriously, a remarkable actor; I've seen his work in several shows and movies. He will definitely be missed.
  5. She was one of my favorite singers; this just hurts. :(
  6. If they had wanted to do the sequels right, hey should have set this a millennium after the originals, and just began again. Let the Galaxy have peace until the lessons learned wore away; have the OG characters in flashbacks towards the ends of their lives establishing the setting that is now crumbling under a new threat, and a generation that knew nothing about the troubles start learning the hard way. Much like how the Republic was first formed. Since it's too late for any of that: I think it is time to let this franchise die.
  7. Looks like ALF and a Cabbage Patch Kids doll had a kid of their own...
  8. Thanks guys! And Happy Thanksgiving! BTW: if it were Halo, i'd be the "Masking Chief"
  9. Well...been short on money and materials (like that's new, right?); recently, dug up an old space shuttle model I had originally been intending for a transformers kitbash that got canceled. Anyways, after re-gluing the components together, I managed to undo the cuts I had done to prep the model for the conversion. So...what to do with it? Well, I got an idea from a certain British spy... The yellow on the livery looks brighter here than ti actually is; the camera and lighting washed it out a tad. Also, I need to add the "5" to the tail and the "Moonraker" logo to the sides of the craft. otherwise, I think this one's about there. BTW: can any of you tell looking at this that 3/4 of the hull is covered in masking tape? :P
  10. Yeah...both the actress and the character deserved far better than that. My vote would be that she survived TLJ, and ends up taking over the First Order as its' commander. (I know, unlikely to happen.)
  11. Just what I always wanted: to see a dumpster fire go off a cliff aboard a train, and crash at the bottom as a trainwreck. My bucket list is now complete, knowing that not only has Star Trek completely self-destructed, but that pretty much all of my go-to sci fi and other fiction has pretty much done the same.
  12. Honestly, the title of this movie should have been "Terminator: Wet Fart". It pretty much negated the entire storyline of T2.
  13. Okay folks, say this three times fast: "steaming s**tstorm"
  14. So T:DF has finally reared it's head into the franchise. Well, I was expecting nothing from this move, and was still disappointed. So, ideas on my end then to fix the franchise? Well, one that probably has a ton of holes and most likely destroys the horror part: With time unraveling, Skynet takes one final act to change time once and for all: it sends itself and every single HK and Terminator unit into the past, to access the military's data systems, launch the missiles and start the future war in 1984. And this time, the Resistance can send no one back to stop it.
  15. Thanks...that's my computer room actually, and it's just a mini fluorescent lamp in the polyfil cloud.
  16. Well, I set aside my other project for the time being. Frankly, after an incident online where my artwork was stolen twice in a row, I think I won't be doing much on facebook for some time to come. Anyways, i revisited an old project and...added something to it...
  17. The Republic seemed to only want to maintain the status quo, which Palpatine surreptitiously used in order to foist the Empire upon the galaxy. He just used their desire to maintain a comfort level and way of life they were accustomed to, and promised to keep that under the auspices of consolidating the Republic into something else. It's not new, and Hitler did something similar, only he promised the people jobs, economic stability and prosperity (which they didn't have under the Weimar Republic in the aftermath of WWI). On that note: the Jedi seemed so afraid of creating potential "dark Jedi" that they did their level best to make sure no one had any emotions to stir in order to for the Dark Side to take advantage of. What they didn't get is that there's a major difference between "ignore" and "control".: ignoring feelings and trying not to have them is not the same as recognizing them and controlling them. This ties into a theory I maintain: the Dark Side isn't out there, but rather, it's inside every force user. If life creates the Force and makes it grow, then life itself has the dark and light sides. Therefore, to defeat the dark side, one has to defeat the dark side within themselves and know who and what they are. You can't do that when you've been raised to be an emotionless, compassionless drone with a laser sword. As it stands, they were utterly clueless when a Sith Lord was elected to rule the Senate, and all their precious Force abilities did was to tell them "your Magic Eight-Ball is cloudy, please try again". As for the slavery in the galaxy: there's always been "disposable people" in any society that are conveniently ignored, taken advantage of and utterly left to die. The Republic is no different, and no better. With the Jedi upholding the Republic, I suspect it would cause them to be excommunicated from the community if they suddenly started freeing those that the Republic depended upon to do the work that their more well-ensconced citizens would not deign to touch with a ten-foot pole. Once again, maintaining the status quo, only this time, under the guise of "better that a relative few should suffer than the whole".
  18. I would try 90% isopropyl alcohol and see if that does it. If that doesn't work, perhaps consider using nail polish remover VERY CAREFULLY with a q-tip.
