    The series is really good for the time. Some newer anime fans may not like it as much as the older dudes though.

    Just got my galient minipla sets in. I only opened one box, but it did include one of each galient kit.

    I saw it on the day it was added and wish they added more. It was a bit uneven, but I liked the non kidsy blood and gore. For American animation, it's a good sign that maybe we can get more shows made like this or better.

    This really is a rough year for music and movies. I'll miss those great zombie antics. Maybe this week I'll put on a few of the good old slow moving zombie films. Anything with of the dead as the end of the title will work.

    We saw it yesterday and we really liked it. The story worked well as a small comic hero story and really fits with the fact that this is a much younger and newer to the super hero biz kinda thing. I really liked Michael Keaton a lot as the bad guy and his reasoning worked out too. It's definitely a beginning film without being too much of an origin film. It does feel a little bit like they are trying a bit hard to diversify the cast, but that's my nitpicking for this film. Hopefully as the actors grow, so do the characters and stories and hopefully they have room to mature as it goes.

    I'm not a fan of Amazon tacking on a separate payment to watch anime. I already have prime and it does have some shows I need to catch up on, but paying more to add to an existing subscription is kinda mean. I do like crunchyroll, because they do have some older shows I didn't get around to or some that I love to rewatch during the season downtime.

    Well then you owe it to yourself to check it out. It's a very satisfying way to spend your cash and cool down this summer at the movies. And it can appeal well to the ladies as well as the dudes, so it would also make a great date film.

    To be honest, I didn't know anything about the show at all, I was just bored and checking out what was new on crunchyroll and gave it a try expecting the worst, but found so far that I knew new like it.

    I have to agree that mecha did look pretty good. I don't know if there are kits already or maybe if they are planned, but I'm tempted to get some if they exist.

    Just saw the first episode of Knights and Magic. Maybe it was Magic and Knights, now I'm confused. Anyway whichever way that title is, it's a kinda a fun one even though it's a lot of the same kind of anime that's going around. The main character is a bit interesting to me due to the fact that he loves gundam style kits in our world and gets reborn in another world that has real mecha. He seems to love customization and is totally in heaven seeing his fantasy is now an attainable reality.

    Well the numbers here in the U.S. were pretty low, but it's in the running for my favorite movie of the year. Luckily it's not the kind of film that needs a sequel.

    Southern cross unfortunately is the one least liked out of robotech here and when it originally aired overseas got the axe, so I don't know if good merch will ever get released, but I loved the show. I would kill for the armors done as sh figuarts by bandai or even figmas would be great. I liked the armor suits more than the mecha, but I'd still be in for the mecha if done correctly.

    Hi metal did some macross 7 stuff, so I'm sure that the other stuff will become hmr reality one day. I mean they even did non macross stuff recently, so who knows.

    Looks thick. You may have to rebuild the joint, or maybe recast the part after trimming it loose then drill a small hole for the peg.

    saw it with my daughter earlier this afternoon and we absolutely loved it. Great soundtrack and rhythmic action scenes, a whole lot of fun. It's a bit more serious than the other Wright films, but not too serious.

    I just can't stop looking at the pics. It just looks so good. I really like the extra swivel at the elbows for that anime style arm bend.

    The tabs look a bit thick, but it makes up for having fewer of them. I'm not worried about the stability. So far hmr toys have all been surprisingly stable.
