    Sorry about my bad choice of wording here. I’m usually checking on here on a five or ten minute break and I didn’t mean things as a personal attack. Even though now that I’m reading it back that’s probably what I would’ve thought as well. I will admit that the bad writing on this show is frustrating to me and I also had that same thought that maybe he was using the force to mask things. But by the time the action starts it became obvious that that was not the case especially since the other inquisitors would’ve sensed things, but they didn’t notice things were pretty odd. The easily could’ve written something as simple as a loading crate with leia hiding inside. This show is one of those that I wanted to be much better even though I came into it with low expectations, so I didn’t set the bar that high for it and we only have two more episodes to go.

    It’s definitely more good than bad. This show definitely needs more episodes. There may be a few stories that don’t work, but for the ones that do, they really work well. Even with the ones that don’t work, it’s not like they take a big chunk out of your life unlike the Obi show that almost four hours in and still hasn’t had a good episode

    It was a pretty stupid scene. Although I still overall almost liked the last episode since it’s the only one that Obi did anything heroic . The last two need to be much better or else it’s just gonna be remembered as the worst live action Star Wars failure since the holiday special. And that’s a really low bar.

    They definitely had blades, mostly using sharpened stone. They were able to carve up bison and skin them with ease with those tools. From what I understand, in some areas they hunted gators. And I don’t think predator skin was that tough some tribes also worked with metal, but not to the extent that the people further south in Mexico and below did. They also set traps in many cases.

    As far as hurting a predator, it’s not like their whole body is armored. They usually had a helmet an arm guard and sometimes one shoulder might have a bit of coverage.

    Nice. Yeah, I was into the American one back in the day, but my friend found one of the original Japanese figures at a swap meet back in the day and I thought it was actually a better toy. I never was able to get one for myself and that’s why I was a bit jealous of it. I believe it was never opened until he got his hands on it

    Probably. A friend of mine had the original Japanese toys and I remember being super jealous.

    What classifies something as a speeder? The bikes barely hover above the ground and that car in the first film also floated low. The snow speeders seemed to get a bit higher, but I wasn’t sure if they could fly airplane heights. I’m not as well informed about Star Wars tech as a lot of others here are.

    The Ez8 is "supposed" to go for about $25, similar to others in the line. So it's also been marked up significantly. The ez8 at bbts was $25 more than the price at hobby search, while at that Amazon price it looks the same as the hobbysearch price. The vf 0 is about the same as the bbts price that’s more than $50 higher than hobbysearch. Not sure why the ez8 has no markup on the amazon site, yet the vf0 has a significantly higher markup

    The show started off looking a bit cheap to begin with and that scene looked really bad . Did the speeders change size here and there? I saw a few clips after watching the episode and they looked like they shift sizes. I guess the other question is more for the bigger fans, are these snowspeeders? Or are they any different? Also, could they hover? I don’t know why they wouldn’t, but I don’t remember them ever doing that in anything previous.

    Now you gotta get a few missile types so they can be bros. And hopefully soon a scout or two and maybe in the near future a Glaug to lead them all through backlog glory.

    I kinda think this idea might work. Most of the hunters would probably get killed since a primary reaction would be to immediately use weapons, she might survive the primary attacks and learn a few things from observing how the predator hunts. Then again it could just be another crappy predator movie

    Yeah, just finished it as well. Couldn’t wait to start it when I got home. And Homelander is the most frightening he’s ever been. With all the nerds talking about how awesome they thought Vader is in the less than good Obi show, it’s nice to see a real menacing villain. He’s damn scary at this point, not that Homelander wasn’t a force to reckon with before.

    I’m kinda the same. I haven’t picked up a marvel comic since maybe the very early 90’s. I’ve seen images and quick descriptions of the character, but that’s about it. It also helps knowing that this one is aimed at younger audiences, so it’s better than I was expecting it to be. Hope they keep up the fun.

    Nice. The last season ended in a way that felt like a good closing point for those characters. Can’t wait to start with the new. And really glad that with Netflix animation having so many shows getting the axe and some like Bone getting dumped before even getting started, that I feel lucky that this survived
