The Mitsukoshi dept store in EPCOT is an actual Japanese dept store which has teh rights to be there by the disney company. It sells everything from Kimonos and swords to Dragon Ball Z, Gundam, and Totoro stuff. I actually felt like i was back in Japan everytime i went in there. No pavillion in the World Showcase sells any Disney merchandise. This was a cause of complaint by the guests at one point so they built the store Mouse Gears which is the only store in EPCOT to sell Mickey Mouse merchandise. It also just happens to be the 2nd most profitable store in Walt Disney World. Scary i think. amazing people would complain "i can't find any micky mouse sh!t to buy" when nearly every mall in america has a disney store. people are friken weird.

i think the blond girl is hot, what (if anything) she lacks in looks, she makes up for by smothering chocolate cake on the problem. skinny awkward russian (?) girl stops by my place offering cake and sexy company, she gets a gold star.

all admit this looks ok, but only because it totally hides the profile of the wings and disc!!! that other green image looks silly. if they didn't want it to look like an old navy battleship then why... just.. eh nevermind. ew.

i thought spiderman 2 was kinda a chick flick. its was 80% peter being sad about M.J. MAYBE 15% spidey action.. and only 5% full on spidey badness. as oposed to the other 15% wich was Toby in a spidey unitard, but no mask. could have been better, especialy the bits where peter is constantly takeing his mask off. i can stomach a good love story, but spidey with his mask off always looked a little obscene to me.

my opinion on these matters is, if a thread gets closed, just don't sweat it and move on. the mods rule us with an iron 1/48 scale yamato valkyrie fist, and thats the way i likes it.

in the picture i posted above, can someone explain whats going on? is misa just getting dressed, or was there some iminent tom foolery about to happen? just a quick breakdown of the scene is all i ask. thanks.

i didn't see the disc before.. ok that thing is horrible. boo, bad design. the original was better, and i was never a fan, or even heard of this show untill about a year ago. never seen a single episode, have nothing invested in the original ship and i can say that this new one is NOT worthy to replace the old design. boo. hiss... yuck

That bothers me too. The much hair on top too and the legs are too skinny. In my opinion, the only sculptures that are really good ones are from CMs. The face of Minmey and Misa are as close as the anime. And I love the beefy legs on Minmey i agree it doens't look much like i remember her looking. oh well, i'm not gonna buy it, she doesn't transform

i've never understood why the armd carriers were attached to the SDF at all. the prometheus and daedelus kinda made sence since they were big resourses, and couldn't move under their own power in space. but why have the space carriers attached when they could just fly next to the macross? seems weird, like the creators just desperately want macross to have human shape (pet peeve) any GOOD reasons they are attached?

i was going to mention that too. not only was she a weapon, but with all the giant zentradi walking around who are huge (pun) fans of hers, it makes sence she'd have mech bodyguards. besides, i've always understood that the earth had more valks than they knew what to do with, it was pilots they were missing. so she could probably buy/rent them pretty cheap... as far as the story universe goes.

what episode is this from? i don't remember this in robotech i'm asumeing it was cut.. i do love me some shirtless misa, even if she's in the process of taking it off.

guys, skyfire and jetfire are NOT the same. one is a big red white and blue plane from the show, that has a face and is kinda wussy. Jetfire is just a toy if i remember correct, and posibly showed up in the comics a bit. theyr not the same transformer.

apparently in the comic, jetfire and skyfire are the same character, in the comic.. skyfire looks just like the tv version of skyfire. but then he puts on some armor that makes him look kinda like a valkyrie. its kinda cool i like the way they got it in the comic.

Ok i want to get this strait: The ASS-1 is the Macross (pre-rebuild) Macross Zero is takeing place before the crash of ASS-1?? so.. the valkyries, wich i thought were designed to fight a possible invasion of giant humanoids, were infact, giant robots designed to fight other giant robots in a program aparently started before anyone even knew about the aliens?

all air traffic controlling is done in english the world over. It's manditory so that all pilots can talk to all towers in any country they fly into.

I'm one of the few that did not mind the musical number in Jabba's palace. I think it's unneccesary, but I can live with it. However, aside from Greedo shooting first, my biggest problem with the SE versions is in Empire, when Vader is on his way to leave Cloud City. He originally said "Have my shuttle prepared for my arrival" or something like that. They change this to "Have my Super Star Destroyer prepared for my arrival" in a voice that does not at all sound like Vader. To this day I don't know if they actually got James Earl Jones to do the voice, but then screwed it up when they tried to add the Vader voice effect, or if they didn't get Jones, and got some random person to try and immitate him, failing miserably. Either way, it did not work at all, as well as being a needless edit. i just can't see vader saying "super." Vader: "and admiral... super size it.. don't underestimate the power of... " Admiral: " "

i'm a little confused. is the F-14 being completely retired? or just from this squadron... or is this the only f-14 squadron left?
