    Looks like this production run is quite small. I ordered from amiami 16000 +2500 airmail. Amazon global has it for 15000(tax removed) + 3000, so that is the cheapest.

    I am not entirely sure, but I heard that Hayate's second VF-31J from the TV series sported some black lines on its legs reflecting Messer's colours and even the Grim Reaper emblem was attached onto the wings. I would laugh if a future movie version will have the VF-31F head in Hayate's colours and then VF-31S head in Messer's colours if they make Arad die instead.

    Should we be expecting the announcement of Messer's valk next month? I still have my HLJ coupon to use before the end of the year. I have a feeling that Chuck and regular Draken will be web exclusives, along with all the super parts. It does seem like Bandai's lineup of high end Chogokin brands are a bit crowded this season. When Frontier's airing finished, they had the Aquarion stuff, v1 VF-25s, many of which were prepackaged with super parts. For the Frontier movie line of v2 VF-25s, Bandai had less other high-end things being released, and they even had a few Space Battleship Yamato releases as SOC. I think they will stretch out the Delta valks as long as possible.

    Thanks, Seto. I did have a read of the Japanese wiki and concluded that the Draken was more atmospheric centric and had very specific roles for localised warfare.

    I think the only preorder madness items I've gotten from Amiami were the Astray Red Frame and Armored VF-1J.

    NY's price is 20% off. I am happy with one. I hope to get Messer VF-31F, Sv-262Ba and VF-31A next.

    So spec wise, the Sv-262 is about 10% stronger than the VF-31, and probably more mass productive too. Does the Sv-262Hs top the YF-29 concept machine in any way? Is the anti VF Sv-262 the strongest variable fighter to date, even in terms of combat against non VFs? And what is the consensus on the Sv-262's ability to fold?

    This looks more like SOC quality minus the die-cast. I really hope it is fully painted. It will be the pre-order madness item of the month for sure.

    That's a pleasant surprise. I thought F91 is one of the least iconic ones just behind Gundam X and V Gundam. I personally like F91 very much as it was the current Gundam when I first got into Gundam as a kid in the early 90s. So the first UC Metal Build, not GFFMC and not Katoki. I still need a GFFC or Metal Build Sinanju.

The multipurpose container could also be switched out for emergency supply drop pod, fold booster attachment unit, and atmospheric reentry personnel transportation pod.

    It also looks like the Delta squad is testing the variants of the VF-31 just as SMS was doing with the VF-25. The C being Tactical Support is most similar to the term close air support which is used to support friendly ground forces, such as recharging batteries for the Walkures. J being space/air superiority support is used to back up the F. F is space/air superiority dominance fighter, akin to the F-22's role.

    Got my second one. I actually have the VF-4 shipping carton as well. Will play with one and keep one in mint. It is one of the few VF fighter designs that have the least amount of visible transformable elements. Can't see the arms and legs and head. No gun pod and the General Galaxy style helps.

    December release, so 2 months after Delta's run is finished. Either open on Bandai day this month or next month then. Last Bandai day was for October items.

    Wikipedia says there are only two versions of the Sv-262 so far, the Hs and the Ba. Macross Delta lists it a Borgue's unit, so is it just a Ba with Borgue's markings?
