Probably the upgrade parts kit... My Legioss toys look the same. Too bad the upgrades weren't sold separately so all my toys could have them.

Depending on the volume... But it's not like you've been doing business with them for years or they've got an established track record and billions in the bank. Plus, it's an obvious flub. While it'd be super cool of them to honor it... I'd say the chances are pretty tiny. Those cancellations may be what free 000 up for ordering...

Do they have to say it? Imagine you ran a business, you just charged people less than your cost to ship a good for the good and the shipping. What would you do?

Too much love here for cms, the windscreens broke in the tray on the first releases, the legs on Fuke break easily, the foot pegs pop off all the time on the first releases. I had a peg on the wheel where the hip armor mounts also break. They're okay toys.

Not for "no reason" as, if you want one, every day that goes by the price seems to go up, so if NY shorts you they have also made it harder for you to get one by dragging their feet.

I just started playing breath of the wild and I'm loving it.

Episodes like 4 to 13 are pretty decent IIRC, they should have warmed the audience up a bit more to the notion of what Walkure and Delta were before that odd sailor moon and dancing valk act of episode 1. Eventually it finds a footing but then it sputters in stops and starts before ending in a decent enough finale.

They'll net the legal fees from the renewal... They're basically acting like the renewal is a foregone conclusion. I feel like there is a lot of misplaced hope out there. I hope I'm wrong.

How long is it going to have to go past the release date before you think that no one else is getting one from NY?

It would be so awesome if they basically reissue this toy but as "02". A tiny bit of the draw of this toy is that it's a cannon fodder while a bit of the draw to Arad's toy would be the emblem. So, I won't be completely satisfied with Arad as a replacement.. I want both.

I suspect NY is trying to use their massive Bandai purchase volume to try try to work something out... hence nothing to say yet. Like Bandai said "No 31A for you" and they said "But we buy sooooooooooo much from you!" and now they're waiting for Bandai to say "Okay, here's some more" but it's possible the conversation is over from Bandai's perspective.

They hadn't received their stock... And the manufacturer has shipped all of its stock out so they most likely are never receiving their stock.
