From what I understand of licensing, a new show coming out often opens a new round of Rights acquisition. It's possible some rights will shift owners, some may become exclusive or non exclusive, etc.

Nippon-Yasan is reporting both E=X Garland and Fewture Garland are delayed to 5/31/2017. I'm still very concerned about the Fewture becoming vaporware. -
Yes... not much reason for many changes beside the canopy... of course the painting will also be different and you won't get the VF-25 style boosters (obviously you get plenty of other stuff). Someone also said they thought the ankle area had been tweaked...

Yep, fast pack colors are off and paint is swapped in a couple trim pieces... paving the way for the "anime version" repaint a year later...

Ordering something and getting dicked around is not fun. Hunting for a rare item is fun. Having an item and displaying or handling it is fun. Not having an item you should have while it gets harder to obtain sucks.

You are thinking of the VF-19Advance which is very similar except for accessories and possibly a different canopy.

Well the Griffon is incoming and they did give us the Tyrant. I do agree though, would love to see them keep exploring. I'm one of the guys that has the CM's vinyl figures 'cause I love me some variety.

I agree it's odd how they're trickling them out. They hardly would be the first vendor to have a supply chain problem and need to refund people. Sure, they'd lose some business, but the margins on TWE items suck any way and I think most people would grouse and then be like "that's strike one."

I really doubt NY is sourcing from the secondary market, it wouldn't be worth the effort. They also wouldn't take a loss on these, they'd just say "here is store credit, we blame Bandai."
