More great stuff guys! I'll post some pictures when I can of my 30th anniversary tribute. It's a secret so far, but the detailed turbine I built is 7mm long The Daedalus is on hold for weather to stabilize and me to find the right color paint. I'm gonna need about a half gallon! I can't find the right color rattle can stuff which is what I'm going for. Airbrushing would take all day! You guys have any ideas, let me know! - MT

Looks great Valkyrie! I've cut styrene and acrylic on a laser (35W). One trick I learned was to coat both sides with the paper tape that is the same consistency as the paper on plexiglas. Then I got a sponge and dampened the paper. It stops flame ups and minimizes the cleanup after cutting through areas. I wish I had a laser Keep up the great work and posts! - MT

I can vouch for the Microscale Liquid Decal Film. I've been using the same bottle for like 20 years! All of their stuff is great and all of the decals I have made have not yellowed on paper or model (I have decals I made over 15 years ago and coated them with it). They've been making the same stuff now for decades. - MT

That's a nice looking Gadessa (it's a little shadowed in the photo so I hope I ID'd it right). I never saw that series, but thought it looked cool at a local hobby shop so I picked one up. - MT

I've seen some of these before that were horrible compared to the standards that we're used to. I think the manufacturers should stick to conventional aircraft. These artist have fallen victim to my friend and yours - "anime magic" - MT

Sorry, it's not high tech 3D, but it's 3D After months of looking at this thing and even going over many animation sequences, this is what I came up with a few years ago (1/200th scale): I don't believe there is a step in there. There is a line to seperate the radome cowling, but I believe that's all (in my humble opinion. - MT

That set looks awesome and versatile. 16cm base isn't too bad (about 6 1/4"). Plus the way they are modular and even easily modifyable (looking at the hole punch outs for stands or lights).
