OK, re-primered and painted, I'll leave it cure until tomorrow to be sure. If you can notice before painting I cleaned it a bit more, I sanded down the parting line around the trigger, It's pratically invisible but i'm happy how it come out. Remember that this part is smaller then my thumb!

Here another very stupid mistake, don't rush the things!, i touched the part too soon and ruined the paint job, now I must strip the paint and do it over again.........

EHm.. forget what I said, before painting it I must cover it completely with the primer, Why? because the gray don't cover the dark spot very wel, the surfcaer will cover it quickly and you'll see a smooth uniform gray surface, I noticed some imperfection that I need to sand, I'll paint in the late evening or tomorrow morning, local time.

Mecha action in M7 IMO its the worst in Macross history, too much super-robot cheesines and recycled frame, there is some very nice vf-17 action but about the others vfs... Even if Dynamite 7 its the worst of the worst at least the mecha action were right but in the series its all messed up IMO. IMO is a nice series too see but not really a nice macross for the way it has been done.

Here the grip, I sanded down the parting line and resculped teh rear details with a file, now I will sand it with 800-1000 abrasive paper and paint it with RLM75 Gray like suggested in the hasegawa directions.

Yes it is, now is clear that its a option part, we also know that it will come with dyrl style manipulator hands(they look very nice) I can't see the battroid optional side-covers.

The vf-22s is just the wonderfest conversion kit for the hasegawa kit (very nice) that can be already painted both as Gamlin and Millia planes, the vf-0 with booster looks just a custom with sv-51 boosters.

Maybe due the fact the sv-51 stealth system it couldn't be locked with standard missiles(I don't know how those missiles works aniways), or just it that case the vulcan was more effective, I can remember how hard was in ace combat 4 take the yellow squadron down with missiles, vulcan was the fastest way, but its an arcade game.

Because they keep adding landing gear and the mechanisms to make them retractable.(had yamato not added landing gear at all to their 1/72 VF-11, it very well could have had the big tailfins). In fact that was the reason short fins had to be used, to make sure there was enough room for the landing gear to retract Swap gear rules yamato!!!! Retractable only works on 1/48 and higher! The sad thing its the the yamato vf-0 had swappable landing gears but no transformation mechanism...
