    I didn't give the movie much consideration. I just assumed airbender was kind of a kids cartoon. But yeah I'm 6 episodes in to Korra and it's really good so far.

    I think with the special limited releases you should go to Japanese or Chinese auction sites first, as soon as it is released. You don't have the luxury of waiting on a PO because the source seller knows they can get so much more cash re-selling it. I got my Bape through a proxy service because I knew it would sell out fast, and the price would jump. The American retailers just can't promise that they will get stock. They put in for it, but the desire in China and Asia to get the product is too large and it sells out. I don't know if it's about being reputable, so much as hedging your bets as a consumer. TFsource could have more communication for sure, but it's mostly out of their hands. You can always put in the PO here and cancel it if you get a proxy buyer to get one for you. BBTS and TFSource want to carry a lot of the special items, but it turns into a hassle because it's limited, and they have to pay more to get fewer units. It's a razor thin margin. It's like trying to buy off an Asian retailer and selling it on ebay. You might make a few bucks but it's not a way to stay in business.

    I just started watching this because my lady friend is a huge fan. She watched Game of Thrones for me so ... here I go. I'm 4 episodes in and I'm surprised at how sophisticated and interesting it is so far. Great artwork too.

    It could just be inflated bidding to mule accounts to raise expectations. Both have 1 bid wins, one has 0 feedback, and the owner is a toy seller in taiwan. Bogus if you ask me.

    Well.. that's what bandai will create eventually. If they put out a product after Arcadia puts one out just to catch-up like with the yf-19, and then release old Hi-metals to grab re-issue dollars, eventually somebody will make a V3 to control the market. I think Arcadia will be ok for their Niche. Bandai wasn't going to be putting out any VF-0D's. And I don't think any collectors will be clamoring to replace their V2 collection with a slightly better hi-metal line, but the competition will be good for all involved.

    Thanks bud! I've seen the 2011 release on Man for about 130ish, so with shipping it would be a similar price with the box. But still, it was too good to pass up.

    Very cool to see this line coming back to life. It seems like bandai isn't happy that Arcadia is in business though and they are trying to eat their lunch. I'd be in for a spartan, as that's probably the only way I'll be able to get one that isn't a model.

    Got this guy off ebay for $162 Shipped. No box but it's in mint conditioned and never transformed. Nice addition to my DYRL shelf. I love how bulky and full these things look on their landing gear.

    Wow. Generous haha. Hope they don't shaft yah. I thought Magnus was annoying in the movie and wasn't that big on his toy either. That was about the time i was growing out of toys though.

    I know.. I'm saying that I walk by my Yamato vf-1j TV hik every day and it has a bit of a pink Hue. Obviously the DYRL versions between yammy and aracdia are different as arcadia didn't use dark grey plastic. But yeah the main focus here is the armor parts, more so than the visor color. It's a small deal but not a deal breaker.

    I passed on Utopia after having the PO for awhile. In the end the lack of head, waist, and ankle articulation bugged me. I wanted a modern version, and though this is a fairly impressive offering - they should have had zero limits on design. Metroplex is just a big box that lays down and opens up into a city. Hampering any articulation is pretty insane. I hear the city and ship mode are nice, but I'd never display it that way. I just can't envision spending spending that much on a robot with no diecast, and an alt mode that doesn't interest me. I don't understand the need for giant toys either, but some people freak for size.
