    Animated is the best overall series IMHO. Beast Wars has a greater story/arc, but Animated is just plain FUN. It redefined Blitzwing (in a good way) and introduced Bulkhead who is now a staple. That's a big accomplishment. And heck, Animated Shockwave is more "G1 Shockwave" than the actual G1 toon was!

    Would appreciate an "X hours from now" post when the time is known/likely. Converting from Tokyo to Eastern to Central to "late Monday vs early Tuesday" and taking into account the Intl dateline etc often gets complicated.

    I haven't compared their Kira-poses directly, but figured that alone cemented who it was supposed to most directly link to.

    They've gotta be on ball-joints, as they're all parallel in fighter mode. Adjust to suit.

    Started out good, but went on way too long. And the whole singing bit was just inane. Just show the first 15 secs, and it's a great commercial.

    Piratical! (a small nitpick---really should have had black tailfins, instead of being the same grey as everything else----the black stripe on the fin is insufficient)

    And it's more than just her looks---she's even playing Grace's role/acting like her.

    Thank you, I kept thinking "surely SOMEONE else must see this, and it's not just me being biased towards Grace". First we get Kirara-Ranka, now we have Blonde Grace...

    Robots with capes/cloaks/shrouds are cool, but that's crossing the line into "robot wearing clothes" which is just inherently wrong IMHO.

    Is that with the wings fully forward? Because the kite-logo is quite crooked... (I'd assume that's some weird "80% forward" position, based on the gap at the root and the panel-lines for the flaperons etc) But why use such an odd wing position to "show off" how it looks?

    While blue Bluestreak is an obvious choice---"G1 main release all-silver" is just as likely, though probably lower in fan-demand.

    No. These markings are aft of that, and not any sort of recess/intake. They are merely "markings" like the black wing stripes. They are grey, and a sort of elongated-Z shape. Just look at the Hase kit or the 1/60 Yamato.

    THAT looks good. Overall color-wise, tampo-wise. Cockpit's too dark though. (and feet etc are still a tad too purple, but not TOO bad) And still missing the grey markings on the upper intakes. (seriously, just look at the 1/60 Yamato, they're right there, and the outline's even molded-in on the new Arcadia one---just paint between the lines!)

    Darn. I've already heard the Leon-Grace one. True that Ozma-Grace makes no sense.

    I'm pretty sure the magazine pics/behind the scenes stuff of Rogue in X3, had more exposure than her actual film appearance in X3. True--what a waste.

    That's a great example of the VF-0D's color. It's a kinda dull grey-blue, not "BLUE!".

    Well, tripling the price of something does tend to make people question the value of authentic vs KO. Takara's re-release price is so inflated, that the *cheaper KO* still costs more than the original US release!

    And even up to the finished film, it could still be wrong. The tank in the 07 movie is Brawl, (according to everything from toys to games) but the actual subtitle in the film says Devastator. So it could still be "wrong" that way.
