Well...I'm watching Macross 7 again...lol. Is not all that bad, from what I remembered. Even though I said I wouldn't. Lol. Only episodes 1-12 so far. Watch 2-4 episodes a day. I haven't watched it in 10 years. If you are not a true Macross fan you won't like Macross 7. Lol. So I guess I'm a true Macross fan. Lol 😆 After I finished with Macross 7 series... I'm going to watch Macross movies, Do you remember love, Macross Plus, Frontier, Delta, etc. After I finished watching everything....it will be the 45th or 50th Anniversary I will watch it again. Lol 😆 So what's everyone doing to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Macross?

The Galaxy is Calling Me and Dynamite were 2 additional stories. And not a retelling of the whole Macross 7 series like for example The Super Dimension Fortress Macross series version vs. Do You Remember Love? Movie version. Basara Basara Basara you're going to love him or hate him. Lol 😆.

Now I think about it, there's no Macross 7 movie. Every Macross series had a Clip note version movie except for Macross 7. I haven't seen any Macross in a few years and just saw Macross Zettai Live. I was thinking of watching all the movie versions of Macross for the 40 anniversary. Maybe 1 day I will. But I don't think I can look at 49 episodes and ova of Macross 7 again. Lol. I think I watch it 3 or 4 times the whole series through the years and the last time I watch it for the 30th anniversary so that's about 10 years ago. They should have done a movie version... every freaking episode was about Basara singing to Sivil. So they should do a clip note movie version of it. They could have split into 2 movies as they did with Frontier and Delta. The only reason why I watch it for that many times is for the 3 M. Max, Milla, and Mylene. And of course, the series had great music.

3 things I notice a called back to the original. 1. Max 2. The lady officer look like Misa Hayase...the same hairstyle. 3. When the Walkure was counting down or up 1-8, for their song to begin, it reference to Lynn Minmay did the same thing in Macross Flashback 2012.

First of all in the jenuis group family picture as you can tell the twin girls have purple hair which is Therese ..second there’s another picture when she older macross 7 movie , where basara and emillia in the room , on her wall there a picture with someone with purple hair. So what you saying it change from purple to green when she got older or she dyed it. So what you telling me they didn’t think about the way family should be, for over 10 years and 4 kids and conjugal relations. sorry for being so frustrated but Jenuis are favorite characters of all time.

Part 3 of my heart felt emotional Crazy Rant Follow the TV series" VS "Tell an original story. The reason why I’m so pushing for an original story instead the TV show is, since I just finished watching macross the TV show few months ago, Is still fresh in my mind. When I was reading chapter 4 of the macross the first, You know when Minamay and Hikaru got trap inside the SDF. It like I was reading the cel animation storyboards. (I know that’s the iconic part of the story.) But it was like almost word for word,scene for scene. It was kind of boring when I reading it. It reminds me when they redid the movie psyco in 1998 (I never seen the movie by the way) … word for word same exact scene from the original psyco. (Which I did see). The only think was different it was different actor and it was in color. I mean for example who seen the new spider-man movie the 2012 version. Did anybody really like it… no. Because we just had same spider-movie a decade ago. Peter Parker in high school being bully, spider bit him,uncle getting killed, recuse his girlfriend at the end, etc.… SSDD. Same Sh!T Different DAY. I hope is okay for me curse. I don’t want anybody to be offending by it. I just want to put my point across. Once again I don’t think Mikimoto is going to have that much of a problem doing the original story. I mean, he not going decide or figure out which character to kill off first, is it going to be Roy or is it going to be lynn kaifun... is going to be Roy. Who going to be second charter to kill off is it going to be Max or Kakizaki… is going to be kakizaki. Who Hikaru going to be pick, Minmay ,Misa,Vannesa,Kim or Shammy…he going to pick Misa. So Mikimoto really don’t have a problem there. Who to say Mikimoto does go the tv version route and still ended up being plot-less and going on way too long...so everyone please pick tell original story. okay I think my emotions is finally out of me. I,m done here. I think.

Okay I understand everyone saying about Mikimoto might go off from the story ended up plot-less and going on way too long. But think about it, in the movie version Roy died from the hand of unnamed (Kamajin) zetradi. In the TV version he died from battle of the Meltradi. Think about it the Manga version he can die from a poison Pineapple salad from Claudia or he can die from a friendly fire from Hikaru. I really don’t think Mikimoto will go out of space and started to add mumbo-jumbo. Oh wait the story is in out of space…. Anyway I think the story already got an outline … we already know where characters is going the end up… just stir up the pot a little. I mean I would love to see the manga version of Lynn Minmay, my fair Minmay. I mean this can be the “REAL” canon story.

I would pick the "Tell an Original Story" box ! We already seen the tv show... I mean the ending will be the same anyway, Hikaru will pick Misa over Minmay , Minmay will become a big star, Roy Focker will die, Max & Millia be together. yadda yadda.. Their faith or their ending will be the same but how do they get there. The road just be different but end of the road be the same. Just like the movie do you remember love & tv macross series is different but same ending. Think outside the box like new star trek movie or how many reincarnation of marvel and dc comic over the years. just in my opinion .

I would also love to see this too ! The question is where the hell the SA go. I mean is seem weird or strange to disappear after the zentradi made contact with humans on the macross. I mean when the last time the zentradi seen or battle the SA... a year, two years before when they found the macross. Sa sure like to leave there spaceship behind everywhere. one on earth eventually became the macross and the viva maria episode and nobody seem to be found. oohh scary !!

Hi everyone I have a lot of question and I know a lot of people have talk about it before. I look through this forum and on the internet and so on trying to figure it out. I just finished watching the original super Super Dimension Fortress Macross. I havent watch this thing like in 9 years or less. So I really never realize it until I started to watch it again. The question is about Who or What the hell are the Supervision Army that the Zedtradi been fighting for the past 500,000 years ? My number 1 question is, where the hell is the Supervision Army in the Macross Universe ? When I was watching the original macros tv series it seem every zedtradi had seen or fought against supervision, from Vrlitwhai, Exsedol, Golg Boddole Zer fleet. So I was thinking to myself maybe they havent seen supervision army in a few years, 5 or 10 years, because thats why we havent seen them yet. Then something caught my attention when Millia said no one have every beat me in a battle before, when I was fighting against supervision army. Is the episode when she decides to be a miclone. So it cant been that long that the zendtradi have seen the supervision army. Another episode is viva maria , when they seen that ship wreck and was supervision army and it seem golg boddole zer fleet had destroy it. Exsedol said we gave all the data information about supervision army to earth when Misa Hayase wanted to check it out but they thought it was another booby trap. Just like the macross was. I mean was that strange or what is like they were going back there in another episode or something but never did. Now that got me thinking maybe thats what happen to Megaroad 01 I mean we never seen it again and we never seen supervision army either and they got mix up somehow. Just saying wow I,m getting deep here. So my question are: What are the supervision army are they humanoid or are alien like zedtradi they must been giant too . Where the hell are they it seem they disappear in 2009 or so, did the zedtradi fleet had wipe them all out. Maybe I just answer my own question I know I know Macross 7. Protodeviln brainwashing captured humanoids into a massive fighting force, the Supervision Army. So basely Supervision Army was just humanoid had been brainwash into fighting machine like the people of macross 5 . Then if that true where are the original Supervision army before 2009 the one the zentradi fighting over 500,000 years. Are they giant like the zentradi. maybe if ever studio nue ever answer this question the macross franshise will end ??? The mystery will finally be over with ??? sorry for error,misspelled and grammar in this post .

well I just finished watching macross II and watching the original macross series... wow that was great show. I was sad when I got to the ending. Didn't wanted to end at all... I haven't watch that series almost 9 years . I haven't watch macross frontier... since it so new and fresh in my mind, I watch the movie version couple years ago...I might not watch it anytime soon. I watch 49 plus 3 encore of macross 7 in November last year ... I just can't get into macross dynamite because once again basara I just can't take it anymore of him. Finally I haven't watch macross plus the movie or OVA version in long time also... around 9 years... maybe in the future I watch it again. So right now I,m macross drug out. !!!
