Wait, so the smaller standing one and the one in the cockpit are the same size/scale? Looks like the small standing one could fit in the cockpit better than the one you have in there. I want a few of these. Any chance you can put in a knee joint?

I got the Amiami notice also. I would hope that Evolution have pushed off any other VF-2SS releases until after a retooling. Add 2 tight, clicking ratchet joints to each swing arm which could help keep the legs in place and its easily worth $20 more.

Turns out this is from ep 27, the final battle against Bodolza (wasn't this originally supposed to be the "final" episode?). The fast packs are definitely supposed to be blue/red, but the white is open to interpretation I suppose. When the valkyries are first shown, Milia has the white parts, but then in a heavier action sequence, the entirety of the fast packs are red/blue. I would say this is the "lazy cel coloring" part. Then when they are in focus again in battroid mode, the white is there again. In ep 30 the fast packs are all the standard grey colors throughout the episode. Regardless, I think it looks great, can't wait!

Looks like they decided "spice up" their armor to match their valkyries. Very M&M thing to do. They don't fit into the normal squadrons of Macross, they get to do their own thing. I doubt it was a mistake.

If anything it needs to be Max's 1J with Virgin road 1D parts. Someone may as well create a giant checklist of all SDFM and DYRL mecha SEEN in the anime and put it on page 1 of the thread. Cross em off as we go. I wish they would alternate VF-1 variants vs months with new non-VF toys. Too many VF-1's variants in a row seem to burn people out. I'm looking forward to SDFM and DYRL versions of the queadluun's and nousjadeul's. What if Bandai randomly tampo-prints 01, 02, and 03 on the Monsters? Craziness ensues. I am so looking forward to the monster...the Glaug is sooooo good, the monster will be amazing!

So I'm new to 1/60 YF-19's, last YF-19 I had was the 1/72. Does anyone else kinda HATE the fastpacks? In battroid they fit easy enough, but the leg armors don't seem to go INTO the tab holes, almost like there's a light magnet keeping it on (not for very long, they fall right off). Making fighter mode work with the packs is even more tedious than transforming back to fighter on its own...and the leg armors fall off again...

Got my Glaug, man, she's a beauty. Even though I've been getting Arcadia's last releases, the HMR line is the best Macross line (for me) ever.

In ep 30, M&M super armors are all green. These must be "post DYRL" color schemes.

Well, I won't be getting the other 2. One of the TINY tabs that holds the arm opening mechanism in place broke off today. Very strange that a tab like that would break. It doesn't fall off thankfully, but now it comes off easily.
