what a coincidence....went a lil deeper into the rabbit hole.... have black lions ordered and on the way too... p.s. fpr anyone who has the sukhoi, is the ball head on the stand tight? Mine is loose that i cant display the sukhoi tilted upwards, it will just fall back and point up as the ball head cant hold the pose due to the weight....

The 262 DX is the first macross valk released that has a single thruster configuration. For everyone who has been bugging kawamori for more designs, this is a evolution in one's macross collection... Plus i love the tampo on this bird! Plus the only valk with a sword (and medieval shield!)! *262 scoffs at the 31 butter knives*...

Lol i think the scalpers want to break the glass themselves... Gerwalk max is best viewed from top with the airbrake lines, thin backpack line and antennea against that nice white fuselage... awaiting max to release.....inhale....exhale...

i suppose its easy to re-cast the vf-1, however for more complex valks like the 262, it may not be worth the effort. All the more to avoid IP right infringements, just raise the complexity level on fit and finish.

Looks like the vf-1s DX is on the promo page...will macross have a bigger presence? Or there will be a valk display like the 1J coming in for landing in the Kawamori exhibit but instead this time would be the 1S..

You just described fighter mode collectors. For me it was the 262 cos it came so nicely aligned OOB. Those hard gold lines and misc markings just took my breath away the first time I unboxed it. Definitely looks better in real life than pics. I agree with your sentiments wholeheartedly especially on macross valks are art pieces!
