Yeah cos there wasnt a 0J variant. Once the 1J came in, the 1S had to step up and hence set the mood for the rest of time. actually i dont know..hahaha..

Because it doesn’t have 4 head lasers? In fact, correct me if I am wrong, I thk the G variant was only supposed to be for the vf-4 in the game. FB version is just plain VF-4. Sorry I guess am asking more questions than providing answers.

A v3.0 vf-25 would be great, let's have another go for an armored ozma at reasonable prices. Just wondering where bandai would find available months to release them even if bandai wanted to.... Additionally, not forgetting if bandai does frontier in HMR... -
I transformed my 1J in all 3 modes and left it in battroid a few months after release. I handled it again last week and no looseness detected.

That's a nice clean look. I must say the VF-4 is really ideal to custom, more so than the VF-1, due to the many elements in a VF-4. For example from a couple of years back...https://www.deviantart.com/talos56/gallery/7626781/VF-4-Lightning-III I treat each valk scheme as its own art style. I might wish for details here/there are changed, but it wont stop me from getting a valk if i really like the valk itself. Its an art piece as much as it is a fighter jet, to me, anyway Though on a pink hue, its more of a material color than a scheme, so i am kinda annoyed at that. So far roy vf-4 is confirmed, but the actual tamashii event hasnt started yet, so you will never know if there would be more.

Lets see how that might look like.... not too bad, looking more intimidating.. Or is bandai perhaps thinking for the general market, brighter colors would be more attractive? i like the frame more grey i must say..still getting one tho...

I don't thk there was ever was a official vf-4 colored version for gerwalk or battroid, anyone please correct me if am wrong. Kawamori even only finished the transformation design for the VF-4 when the VFX game came about. And by that time, the VF-4 had grey feet. From what i understand or logically deduce, is that since the original FB version had brown feet, that extended into the internals once bandai decided to make the HMR FB version.

Most likely bandai doesnt want to add to costs of repainting the chocolate parts any more than is the absolute minimum.

I had similar tots on the black wing area, so i did a minor adjustments on what perhaps it would look like. Made the chest area a little more matching with the base color, and adjusted the thigh stripes to be yellow. Perhaps flows a bit better, but bandai's scheme isnt a major issue for me. Am still loving it either way!
