Ah you mean that the 31A seen could be transformed in some way to be hayate's 31J FSW variant? That makes more sense now having that specific shot of the 31A in the episode. Was wondering why it was given such prominance as the solo valk on the tarmac. As far as i know the 31A is a mass produced version. Perhaps in this early stages of delta, they havent produced as much yet as hayate would be the test pilot that makes it approved.. All speculation of course but it makes some sense why hayate will eventually have his own 31J valk, instead of having the 31J FSW version already available and just lying around for him to use,... -
Thanks for the heads-up... searched for em and they do look nice. I also took some look at their regular 1/144 fighter kits and had some good reviews too. esp abt having pilots and nice undercarriages.. Definately putting the 1/144 draken on a to buy list....Only whether to wait for reviews or pull the trig on the preorder...

They all look badass especially fighter mode! I suspect due to the heaviness of the pods in B/G modes, it might be a lil strain on the legs, hence the funny stances. Kinda expected cos this scale doesn't have much options such as heavy metal pieces to reinforce the legs. Am getting at least fighter mode tho! Moar pics please is there one of the 31A?

Am hoping that it wouldn't be difficult to pull out or store...do not want to end up with any loose knee syndrome...

I would have preferred it angle the stance forward a bit, but yes looks good in animation. Lets hope bandai somehow angles the gear enough to avoid the knee scraping the shin when the weight of the fighter (or in future, any packs) are on them... haha not unless it doesnt unfold its radome when deployed....

I would be more inclined to get if they matched it. At initial glance, those parts look aged on the valk. That being said, my inclinations for this fell from quite a high this morning, so getting it isnt exactly a priority now for me... besides i got some tomytec tampo'ed valks coming in Not a fair comparison i know but still roy is represented...

What do you thk abt Mirages..... As with the whole concept of delta with expanded emphasis on the walkure... I think kawamori is risking a lot of appeal based on the strength of the music/songwriting to lift the show... There were scenes in ep 2 where i found this to be reflective of the mood/direction, which made its mark for me -
For the love of me i was trying to figure out which food it looks like...where u stuff food/dips in between... Yea looks kinda simple... Perhaps they got the radome at ikea...

Hear you on the shield! if it is indeed the case, any tailfin emblem will now become a shield emblem! Talk abt bossmode! This might be the gerwalk mode thats an improvement based on the YF-19 hump design. Different it is though it also looks dang complicated to transform. I mean, the gun goes from below to above, the tailfin comes forward to the arm? Gonna hope the engineers pull it off.. but worse come to worse just make gerwalk mode awesome! This is gonna be a BFG VALK! Size is everything!

I would wager it to be the same pink-ish white product, as i dont think arcadia is tweaking anything they re-release. Thats why i asked abt the skull placement. On the fence abt this one now...

I thk it's what wmkjr said...I can't imagine tho how that would make the toy any easier to transform... Bandai's engineers got their work cut out for them on this valk! Am totally on board for the BFG on the top though!!!!!! Hey if magical girls can have them...why not valks? just once would be enough tho heheh Are there gonna be pilot figs? Heart yells yea baby bring it!! Wallet says NOOO!! I thk don't thk It can although it looks like it...the wings would be too heavy and wide...

That's a nice catch dude! Didnt realize the radome diameter was so small to be tucked away like that tho... Hahaha damm puzzle solved! Though I wished the front struts were a lil shorter so that it had a aggressive dipped stance...
