    I'm guessing 40000 YEN. Just about the same as or a tiny bit above the VF-0D. I don't think they can go much higher as the VF-0D was a brand new design. Plus they may be doing other schemes?

    I have one on preorder but right now i'm decided not to go through with it unless i win a lottery - that i'm not playing anyhow. Of course that's what i said for the last 3 valks i got.

    Mine has been fine till now but i never transformed it. As other members said it could be fine but crack if you start pulling and pushing.

    VF-1 Roy TV, Roy Weathering, Hikaru weathering, Max weathering, Kaki weathering, J Mass, J Hikaru, D, A DYRL, Dark Bird. VF-X Elint, Ostrich if you count those. I have passed on some low priced M&M J and Virgin Road over the years and now kicking myself about it!

    Am i allowed to add the White Glint with V.O.B. from Armored Core? It's like a VF-27 Lucifer and an MSN-04II Nightingale had a baby and bleached it!

    They were not that expensive at release. This is just the Macross-equivalent scalper of LEGO you are seeing but in a much sicker version! I think this was $600 or something?

    But if the fans in Japan are able to get customer service and ultimately all are kept happy why would they be posting about issues?!? Look at Amazon. I am sure that everyone has had one bad experience by now, but they go out of their way to please their customers that it seems as though no one has ever encountered issues!

    I would buy the Ivanov again, and if they improved the CF colour a bit, creatively perhaps as they seem to have no objection in doing :-), i would get that too. Something like this perhaps!

    Well... this would certainly be the most challenging valk to date. Including previous Yamato releases. Plus you wouldn't be able to transform it without cutting yourself :-)

    Unless you are talking gerwalk... The SV-51 beats everything from Macross Frontier!

    It doesn't look like it's defective as in if you do this or that you are guaranteed to break it as with the Yamato VT-1 and Bandai's CF VF-171. The VF-19 too had that leg joint that if you clicked more than three time you broke it and they never changed that. I'm a fighter only guy so as long as it's not rattling when you pick it up...!

    Thank god i was able to get over my obsessive compulsive syndrome. An issue smaller than this had made me pick up a second VF-19P!

    Hate to bring this up but do we know if someone has had aligned intake tampo printing? I only opened mine today - yes 5 or so months later - and saw that mine are not aligned either (from NY in case you ask).

    Until 10 minutes ago i was not pre-ordering the VF-0S. A visit here and now... i got one? !

    I have v1 and i honestly think that the uniform green of this new release makes it less interesting to the eye. But i can understand the upside if that makes it more consistent with how it's supposed to be.

    Me too. Since i will not be getting VF-0S and i have no VF-0 either. I held on for so long!

    I completely agree about Bandai's QC. I'm sick of finding something on every single piece. Paint chips are the least, i know, but my Isamu YF-29 had several paint chips out of the box - i swear, i keep mine in the box even if i open them! - I gave up collecting any repaints because of how annoying it got. Not that Yamato/Arcadia are flawless, but it's more like a 30% having something notable of all that i own - i own most releases post 2012 - whereas with Bandai it's 70%! If only ALTER did Macross... Their QC is out of this world, at least in the ALMECHA line.

    I haven't posted for ages, but now i have to ask: Why the blue details on the VF-0a? Has it been seen somewhere before? If not it will annoy me and generally how not precise Arcadia's color palette choices seem to be in the VF-0 releases. Grrr!!!

    I'm so torn about this. May i ask: Do all YF-29 repaints have exactly the same heads? (Isamu aside)

    The thing is the SV-51 would take a v1 to v3 kind of leap to make it comparable in production and quality. It's SO large. And the variants would not make this much worth. None of the variants other than Ivanov commanded a premium until Yamato shut down. Actually at Yahoo Japan Auctions they could be found at 40% discount brand new in 2010, 11 and even 12.
