  1. Well, it does say 'misuta K' in the little writeup...
  2. Yeah, honestly ngl, if that's the final boxart I think I'm gonna be pretty happy with that box. It's attractive, and it's clean.
  3. Seriously amazing! Cannot wait to get my hands on some of these... hands... er, yeah.
  4. Holy crap, dude! Have you ever been tested, because I'm reasonably certain you might actually be made of magic. Just tossing that out there, might wanna look into that. Seriously though, these look amazing! Definitely going to buy a set for my Hikaru 1A the second I get the chance to!
  5. I've got a bunch of these stands for my various Master Grade Gundams, but I have to say, they look much better here. They always looked too much like Launch arms and I thought they were kinda awkward with the gundam suits, but that's pretty much perfect for Macross designs. I'll have to buy a bunch of these adaptors to try them out ASAP
  6. I've seen those, you do very good work! You know, I think Ideally it'd be awesome to see quality fixed pose hands available for all of the valks that don't currently have any but the DYRL type VF-1s are probably the most glaringly obviously in need since it seems like everyone's got at least one of them and the extra hands they included are so specialize, they really only look good in maybe one or two poses.
  7. I'm surprised I haven't seen more customizers making option parts for those available. I know I'd be interested.
  8. Indeed they are! Makes sense as to why it wouldn't exactly need a gunpod at that point (you know, apart from tradition.)
  9. I thought the beam-guns were in the shoulders and that the forearm guns were something else, but if that's the official take then there you have it right there.
  10. It used what looked like arm mounted vulcan guns in the PS2 game. Those aren't listed in the VF-4's official specs, but they do appear clearly on the lineart, so I would assume that's a more or less accurate description.
  11. And even in that image, it's just the standard GU-11 VF-1 gunpod, nothing special or unique. Considering even random zentreadi footsoldiers are seen carrying those in the show I think it's safe to say the VF-4 doesn't have a gunpod.
  12. To my knowledge no, it's never had a gunpod of it's own. It can optionally use the same GU-11 as the VF-1, but that's about it.
  13. Allergic to resin? Ouch, man, that's gotta suuuuuuck. About the hands though, how difficult do you think it would be to modify these to work with the 1/60 GPB set? I've been thinking about picking one up but I hate the giant mickey mouse hands they packed in with it.
  14. Just goofing around and having some fun with battroid poses
  15. It's just how that armor pack looks. The original Model Grafix image was the same way and every kit I've ever seen of the set has been the same, I'm pretty sure it's supposed to look that way. Fantastic build! I love how clean it looks, you do an amazing job, Exo!
  16. I've had some luck as a customize scaling up very small models by adding spacers to joints to try to 'stretch' a model as much as possible, but that usually only adds a few mms at most. Enough to make a shrimpy non-scale figure or kit scale better with it's series-mates, but I doubt it'll be much help here. I'm just going to have my fingers crossed that it's slightly bigger than it looks, but I'm really not holding my breath. As for the RVF comparisons- remember, that figure's actually on a stand. We've seen photos of the same display from other angles, so you can't measure based on pure height. It's actually really hard to figure out what the actual scale here is, since the Vajra is on a platform that's at least an inch thick set back from the others while the Chogokin is in the foreground and perched on a stand, so any actual measurements are near impossible from the photos thus far.
  17. Supposedly it's scaled for the Robot Damashii figures, where there's at least an Alto Messiah, a couple of Queadluun Rares and technically that Chogokin Monster they made, so it's in fairly good company in the line it's meant to fit in with... Plus there's also that upcoming video game tie-in with Frontier units being playable and everything. It's a choice that makes perfect sense for Bandai if you think about it. It's just that I'm sure most of us here would have much preferred something scaled for the DX Chogokin/Yamato lines.
  18. Oh damn, man. That is impossibly badass. Easily the single coolest thing I've seen all week! I'm really excited to see how it'll look when it all comes together in color and everything.
  19. If it were Gundam I'd say yeah in a heartbeat but their handling of Frontier has been all over the place so far, so it's hard to say. Traditionally their handling of any non-gundam property has been spotty though, so I wouldn't hold much breath.
  20. I might actually go for this one, since I missed the earlier release and nothing's been announced on a renewal yet. It might be easier to find since it sounds like demand won't be as high, maybe. LMFAO Watch Bandai still put out like five of them total...
  21. Eh, IDK. I'm excited for a Vajra toy because I like their designs. Generic large bug toys are just generic large bug toys, they're not even close to the same. It'd be like taking a Starscream toy, panting it white and calling it a Valkyrie. It just doesn't work.
  22. Holy expletive deleted, how did I not see this Frontier room before!? I completely missed these comments, that is really amazing! I love how organized and well laid out everything is!
