  1. Time for a little lesson. Fake ZAFT ZAKU Warrior... ...can't beat real Zeon Zaku. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=oa.634977706523958&type=1 Also, looks like everyone's favorite Macross kabuki-hime traded in his VF-25F for the Wing Gundam Fenice.
  2. Uh, dude, going by the OP, China's the Beargguy pilot and Reiji might, emphasis on MIGHT by the mk. II pilot, according to the ED.
  3. Has Doug Bendo made a three hour podcast about this yet?
  4. I would say it's pretty clear (at least for now) that Reiji is going to have something to do with it, as far as the ED goes...
  5. I was doing a bit of my third playthrough on hard and got to the mission were you fight some old friends from Macross Frontier at the glacier. On Hard Mode it was actually a challenging fight even in a VF-25A. I like it!
  6. 0__0 Well I didn't know there was a wiki for that. In any case, that info saves a lot of guesswork. So here are the specs in the format of Mr. March's Macross Mecha Manual. 7. I'm going to assume that was the sound of your chair as you leapt out of it in excitement? And nice progress on the flight suit, Falcon. Also, here's another cosplayer who's done both Sheryl and Ranka. Her name, at least the posted one, is Hiko.
  8. Hopefully AGE doesn't EXIST in that universe. Anyway, we now have episode 2. Huzzah! Also, some screenshots and commentary on the first two episodes. http://whitephoenix06.blogspot.com/2013/10/the-new-gundam-series-is-here-build.html http://whitephoenix06.blogspot.com/2013/10/gundam-build-fighters-episode-2gundam.html
  9. How far are you into the game so far?
  10. 1. Gundam Wing originally aired 18 1/2 years ago. I would not be at all surprised that casual fans might not recognize it at first glance. 2. I don't think we really need to tag stuff about Reiji yet, as it's still unknown what he is and everything is complete speculation at this point. So I have a few theories-- a. He's this AU's version of a Newtype. A bit tenuous given his mention of this "Arian" place, which might mean he's either... b. A supernatural/extradimensional being. This would be quite different for Gundam but really, is it any more unusual than a giant nanotech monster that creates Gundam snakes, zombies and whatnot? c. He's an alien. I mean, why not? We've already had them in Gundam 00. Oh and one other thing that amused me about this episode: Take a look at this display case from Sei's shop. Notice anything? How about the fact that it ends with the Exia? No AGE suits. heh heh heh...
  11. Which reminds me, when are Sheryl and Ranks's birthdays? And yes, a very happy birthday to the Original Miss Macross. Depending on when the Megaroad-01 launched this would either be her first or second birthday onboard, yes?
  12. I don't think so. I think my fic is pretty close to what they're saying but I'm most certainly an amateur.
  13. PHOTOS FROM THE CON!! https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=oa.641366085894546&type=1
  14. Well In a move that absolutely floored me, Sunrise has made Build Fighters available here in North America on Gundam.info's Youtube. First episode is up! Go watch it! Also, random Ramba Ral pseudo-cameo...
  15. Well, after a grueling 9 1/2 drive, I'm here in Torrance, California for the Macross World Convention. Looking forward to it even though my legs and butt ache so much.
  16. Yes, but the unwashed masses who don't know Thing One about aerospace engineering aren't going to care overmuch.
  17. Pretty interesting, although the TIE with the stripes should more properly be identified as a meber of Baron Fel's 181st TIE Interceptor Group.
