It's a tad confusing. Figma did another one with the R-9A and the Dobber-whatever first boss from every R-Type game ever and now these two from Final 2. Bandai has also made an R-9A from Final 2. The QuesQ one is not from Final 2, the license says Irem, the original developer, whereas the other two are from Granzella who developed the two Final games. These two were marked down in price before even releasing so it's probably safe to assume they aren't that popular. I'd wager that even marked down to $85 for the both it's still too expensive for what you get. -

That's actually not a bad idea. My only concern would be the panel lines. They're already way too deep on the VF-1 here.

They got "Guardian" and "Veritech" mode swapped on the art.

The question is will the Drones also come with the Armor Cannons since it appears to always be depicted with those as well or will you be forced to buy two different sets of parts in order to complete the look? (It's Bandai, we know the answer.)

Possibly just culturally being nice but when I asked Mr K about other 5000 Liveries he agreed with me about the B liveries being good.

I don't have a problem with the size. I like it'll be smaller for once. I asked Mr K on Twitter if they would do other liveries. He didn't respond.

Man, they really nailed the look of this thing. I was never much of a fan of the Battroid mode but the toy is really selling it to me here.

I wonder what the ankle mechanism is like? Every M7 Valk so far has had trash ankles.

That's one of the things that's made me question the design lineage. It usually shows VF-1->3000->5000->11->19. To me the 5000 looks like it's in the 11 configuration but with the 19's transformation. Almost like the 5000 and 11 should be parallel tracks and the 19 is the result of both merging back together.
