  1. I'd rate it as a good, fun action-comedy-sci fi movie. Woth seeing for Milla in her white bandage costume. I've been meaning to pick up the DVD for a while now, just haven't got round to it yet. Graham
  2. I like the second two pics, but the first one doesn't really look much like her. Graham
  3. The kneeling pose gashapon figure I have of Lunamaria (with removeable skirt) has her wearing dark blue panties (unfortunately not removeable ) Graham
  4. But if just one DVD gets copied, then the terrorists win. Can we afford to let that happen? Doesn't god also kill a kitten each time a DVD gets copied as well? Graham
  5. I wanna see those pics. Graham
  6. If you mean Lunamaria Hawke who pilots the red Zaku Warrior, she looks nothing like Frey IMO, she's much more cute and should not die, at least not before giving us some significant panty or shower scene fan service . Graham (Lunamaria's No.1 fan)
  7. Yep, that's a good price. Graham
  8. Yep, I noticed that when I saw it at the cinema, which is one of the main reasons why I purchased the DVD. Gotta love that pause and slow-mo function Graham My favorite part of that scene has to be watching it with the commentary on so she proudly proclaims "TWAT SHOT!" LOL.....I'll have to watch that part with the commentary on. I usually never bother with commentaries, find them too boring. Graham
  9. OK, apparently there was a 1967 Hanna-Barbera FF cartoon, which was quite faithful to the comics and featured pretty good art for that time. This did feature all 4 FF members. Then there was a 1978 FF cartoon, which featured lousy art and replaced the Human Torch with a Robot called Herbie. I've read some stories that say there were concerns about children setting fire to themselves, which lead to the Human Touch being replaced by Herbie. Other stories say that it was beacuse the Human Tourch rights were held be another company for use in a possible live-action movie or TV series at that time, so he could not be used in the 1978 cartoon. 11. How about a VF-1A head, with two extra lasers stuck on the side. We could give it our own official designation an all......oh no wait, Toynami already did that . I say somebody does a 3D scan of Shawn's head so that Capt America could do a realistic sculpt of Shawn and we use that as the official MW 1/48 head. Shawn, what do you think buddy? Graham
  12. I want to know where's Herbie, or whatever the silly robot in the cartoon was called? Graham
  13. Heh, brings to mind images of Doom strapped to some table in a UFO after being abducted by aliens, screaming "No...........not the anal probe!" . Graham
  14. Heh, I don't think I've read any Marvel titles for 22 years ! Graham
  15. OK, I've just renamed this topic to more accurately reflect the thread contents. As the new title implies, please keep discussions on Bandai Gundam plastic model kits to this thread. Graham
  16. I don't think we want to go that route, but you can easily create your own Gundam thread to discuss whatever specific area of the Gundam franchise interests you, e.g. start an 'official Gundam Zeta' thread or 'UC Gundam' thread or 'sissy, skirt wearing Zeong' thread if you want to discuss those specific topics. We alread have an an official 'Gundam Sentinel' thread, for discussing all things Sentinel related. Anyway, back to discussing Destiny. Graham
  17. Here's the direct link. It's not in this thread. It's in another thread on page 2 of the toy forums. Graham
  18. While the AnimEigo Macross DVDs may now be out of print, it's not really accurate to call them unavailable, as they are still pretty easy to buy online from a variety of places. Graham
  19. Ouch! Graham
  20. That's more information than I really wanted to know, thank you Graham
  21. Given that the title is 'Macross & Orguss Design Works', I think it's a pretty safe bet that it covers Orguss as well Graham
  22. I have pruned the non-Destiny replies and amended the thread title. Graham
  23. Yep, lets keep this thread about Destiny anime/toys/models only please. No discussing that skirt wearing sissy Zeong! Graham
  24. Actaully, wasn't the team of 5 heros in Gatchaman called 'Science Ninja Squad' Graham
  25. I don't know if I would call him great since he endangered his squadmates with that recklessness. But he did take out 6 or 7 enemy Powered Armor all by himself in under one minute IIRC using only a gunpod and bayonet, no missiles. That makes him a pretty good combat pilot in my book. Graham
