A nice fantasy repaint, and I quite like the scheme especially the light grey. I only wish they had gone with the 2-seater YF-25 variant - I feel that mold needs more appreciation.

nice touch on the helmet homage to maverick though....does break the paint scheme a bit in fighter mode...but.....for fan's of both franchises!

Cool. I‘m glad it’s not completely lost. I plan on doing a wash and panel lines later. Hopefully it brings it all together nicely and doesn’t overpower the surface variation too much. This is a fun super simple little build so far.

I can see it in the final image when I expand it to full-size. Looks good, nice and subtle like OTEC materials and paint should imo.
