Tking22 Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Sigh, once again, agreed, I just want my Kaki TV 1A. One day, someday.... Quote
davidwhangchoi Posted September 15 Posted September 15 Everyone should stop panicking, Bandai will release more VF-1's. They are waiting for 2026-27 and waiting to see how the tariffs will shake out, at the worst, they may wait till the transition of the next govt. No one is going to be importing SDF-1 lineups at the moment. Bandai will focus on Macross items that they are able to distribute internationally. Quote
Radioguy Posted September 15 Posted September 15 (edited) DX YF-21 $215 at Amazon again. Edited September 15 by Radioguy Quote

Honestly I don't think Bandai gives a rats ass about (US) tariffs on a product that is sold as JAPAN only! the Chinese (US) tariffs don't effect the imports into Japan or anywhere else in the world, And (US) Tariffs only effect (US) Citizens! borgified Posted September 24 Posted September 24 It's going to be a very long wait @no3Ljm. Bandai is too busy re-releasing selected umpteen versions of the older renewal valk lineup with a "newer updated look" and the upcoming Zola Patrol 19. VF-1 valks are in the backburner for now. Quote

I don't wanna hear that. Wasn't the VE-1 supposed to be "close"? Quote
jenius Posted September 25 Posted September 25 I didn't remember any word on the VE-1, just assumptions since the VT-1 has similarities and seemed to sell well. Quote
borgified Posted September 25 Posted September 25 Looks like all of us have a long list of the remaining DX VF-1 and other variants on Bandai's wishlist, however can they complete them and not leave everything half done and to tick off more collectors off from completing the lineup (like they do as usual? jenius Posted September 25 Posted September 25 I wouldn't mind them moving back to the 1/35 prototype and leaving this line as it is. Quote

Ne`I think the tooling that's needed to be done on a 1/35 version of the Valkyrie would make it really expensive and also not as desirable as a series! After all a lot of people are still fine with the 1/60 scale! As for the VE-1 I'm still positive this will be a thing, since it is cannon and very desired by collectors, although it is only seen for a couple of seconds on the screen! The Super Ostrich showed that this kind of model is very desirable to collect! But it's sad that they are taking the time about it! If they do, do a 1/35 version it might be something special for the 50th. anniversary of the series! The release of the Roy Focker with GBP, was a sign that the series is not dead, thankfully! But we will have to be patient for future releases! Edited September 26 by grogall Quote

Was there a release of the VF-19P in 1/60 from Bandai? I seem to have missed that announcement and don't see any news on it. Quote

This would be the wrong thread for that since it only covers the Bandai DX (VF-1) or variants like the (VT/VE-1) in 1/48 Series and not the VF-19.... Edited September 30 by grogall Quote

Sir, this is a Wendys! They released a 1/60 Chogokin of the VF-19 Fire and the HMR VF-19P, but I don't think they have news of a Chogokin 19P yet. Quote
